Mr. Webmaster.  I believe the 1 major reason this property has sunk to the level of the low income housing across the street is because the President of this board does not live here, does not see how bad the property has become and does not care.

When Herb Kominik was President he live on the property.  I would see Herb walking the property and taking notes on problem areas that needed immediate attention.  I would also see Herb in Marianne's office weekly discussing needs on the property and Marianne would address them immediately by dispatching the crew to take care of the problems. (Dan, Frannie, Austin, Sindy, Jake) 

The buildings were spotless, the lawn areas were always green, the trees were thinned and trimmed yearly because Herb lived here and made sure it looked like a Million Bucks.  We knew the Management team and crew and they knew us.  We talked with the crew and management, it was a partnership.

Not now!  Birchmore must be asked to vacate the Presidents position and a year around resident be appointed to the Presidents position.  Herb would have never put up with AAM and Wayne's attitude.

The waterfall not working........  And those patios....disgusting....why doesn't Wayne or Roe just call them and tell them to clean them up.  If that doesn't work, start fining....it's not difficult.

Now that I see these, We need to do something fast!   Can't we get a lawyer to help us????   I just don't understand why the Board is thinking this is all o.k.  Are the residents just accepting this as normal now?????????   I am just speechless!!!

What a shame to take something so beautiful and turn it into something so bad.  Wayne and "his crew" should be ashamed of where they have taken Anasazi.  

I know you try to give Wayne the benefit of the doubt....which is commendable.... 
but the pictures are worth a thousand words.....

I also believe it is time to start somewhere!

And that 1st step should be to ask for Robert Burchmore and Faye Roberts Resignation !!!!  Neither one has attended the last 4 Meetings, Burchmore does not ever live on Property  and Faye to be very honest is useless on the BOD     

I say we push very hard for this 1st step THEY MUST BE THE FIRST IN OUR PLAN TO REVITALIZE ANASAZI.

Frankly speaking I do not believe that this is out of the question to ask,,, Why have Board members that do not interact ... Faye and Robert are top of the cut list and the crusade has begun   Thanks

Time to compose a professional letter to the board asking that Mr. Birchmore be replaced with a year around resident to be president of the board.  Birchmore, Brian and Faye do not live here so they are out.  Izzy and Janet are nice people but not qualified in my opinion to be president of the board. 

 

We want someone that lives here full time and someone with a strong personality who can direct Wayne's and Roe's work schedules.

 

Someone to check up on Wayne daily and make sure the property gets back to the days of Rossmar and Marianne's standards.

 

As stated when Herb was president he had constant contact with Rossmar, walked the property everyday and had constant contact with Marianne and the staff and daily contact with the residents.  Birchmore does not live here at all, does not visit here at all and has missed the last 4 scheduled meeting in a row.  Birchmore does no care about Anasazi!  His relationship is with AAM.

 

***  Saw Wayne riding around on golf cart this morning.  Tried to stop him and ask about Lawns, Trees and why dead lawns were not mowed on Friday.  He looked at me, did not acknowledge me and just kept on riding away.  

If I were president the first order of business would be Wayne offered the Maintenance Manager

position.  Get him out of the office and repairing things on the property.  

He needs to GET DIRTY!  He has no Public Relation Skills, Customer Service Skills and no Community Involvement Skills.

 

OFFER MARIANNE THE COMMUNITY MMANAGER POSITION AND GET A PERMANENT STAFF BACK!
