You said you have lived here for 18 yrs and remember how great Anasazi once was to live in!
You should be pulling your hair out after seeing what AAM, this board and Wayne has done to this property.
You should be leading the charge at HOA meetings demanding AAM be fired and Rossman returned.
Do you ever attend HOA Meetings?
Are you going to this Thursdays meeting at 6:00 PM?
Are you going to speak up and quote your comments from your blog post?
Do you know how many times the residents have asked the board to address their concerns about Front Gate Tailgaters, Fence Jumpers, Trespassers jumping fences using and destroying pool areas,
Police Meet and Greet get together denied, Dead Lawns, Trees not Trimmed and Thinned, Filthy Parking Areas, Car Port Roofs not cleaned, Useless Cleaning Crews, SHORT TERM RENTERS, Changing locks on pool gates and issuing new keys, Locking the Clubhouse down on weekends, and on and on and on!!!!!!
Everyday for the past 2 weeks I have seen people who used to live here (moved out) using the pools because know one asked them to return their pool keys that also open the clubhouse, weight room and game room.
YOU SHOULD BE OUTRAGED OVER THIS AND SCREAMING AT THE HOA MEETINGS! You if anyone knows how great Anasazi USED TO BE!
Board has not addressed the residents concerns so far.
Why would you think another meeting with them would be any different? You could not get all 5 of them together at once. 2 do not even live here, 1 is part time resident and the other 2 are living in the 40's with 1940 thinking!

You ask the board to do the following at Thursdays meeting:
* Office hours extended from 8 AM till 5 PM with 1 hour lunch. (Pool Jumpers Security)
* Office staffed on weekends Noon till 4 PM ( Sat and Sun ) (Pool Jumpers Security)
* Business Center open on weekends for our use...We pay for it should be able to use it 7 days a week.
* 1 person in the Office. ( Roe goes or Wayne working on the property and Roe stays in office ).
* Marianne was only person in the office. Dan was Maintenance Manager and on the property (Wayne)
See you on Thursday and will be waiting to hear you state your outrage during your allotted 3 minutes of "FREE SPEECH"
