Previous Management Suggestions !!!

I have had the PLEASURE of speaking frequently as of late with a prior Manager of Anasazi

Wanted me to convey the message:

***While she enjoys her current position, if everything fell into place, she would be very interested coming back! *** 

And would be interested in talking with Board!!

Hello Mr Sansone       

You might suggest this for the office:
I understand that AAM provides alot more support than Rossmar does, so I'm not sure what two people are doing in the office all day long.  

I was actually putting in all of the payables which I would doubt is a requirement of AAM!  Anyway, to save some payroll dollars, give this a try:  

Remove Roe and have Wayne shorten his hours from maybe 10:00 to 2:00 and longer hours on Mondays and Fridays.  

That should give him plenty of time to get everything done.  

The Board approved a similar plan and when I tried it, it worked great!  

But, also he needs to understand that some Saturdays are going to be a requirement...just to stay on top of things.
Whoever is there whether it is Wayne, Me or someone else, that person needs  to understand that this job is more than just a job...

It is a commitment and unless you truly care about the community, you will never be successful.  That person's attitude and commitment level will filter down to the hourly employees....if they don't get it, then you have the wrong people in those jobs too.

Back to a One Person Office, A Friendly maintenence crew, a savings of the $58,000 we pay the management company just to be with us, This does not include all salaries etc, and extra crews this company has hired!!


Pool crew, hall cleaners, sprinkler tech, landscape crew,tree crew, and most speak no english 


Notify your Board Members and Tell them this is something they should consider, I know you all know who I am talking about or are probably wishing it is who you hope??  lol


WELL IT IS !!.......SO LETS GET THE BALL ROLLING BEFORE WE FALL WORSE UNDER THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY ANY FURTHER, Lets cut our losses and MOVE FORWARD

Wayne's job here at Anasazi is almost complete. Only 2 more positions to get rid of (Dan and Pete)then all previous employees will be gone! AND NONE WILL BE REPLACED!

Board Members! After Wayne gets rid of everyone that actually works and have done a very good job i.e. (Cindy) then you can "FIRE" Wayne and Roe and get a Community Manager in here that has Customer Relations, Customer Service and Public Relations Skills. You have someone on properity that has all of the above skills!!!!!

I am sure Wayne is thrilled that the previous Community Manager is recommending how he should do his job! She is right! Roe must go immediately, and Wayne needs to listen to previous Managers recommendations!

I don't think 4 out of the 5 Board Members know what day of the week it is! This Board needs to go away with Wayne, AAM and the whole AAM Crew. Anasazi has lost it Luster out there beyond our "To Short Walls"

Hello and thanks for having this website I enjoy it very much, Does anyone here realized what is going on here.As a resident here for over 14 yrs, I have seen my share of things here both good and bad.But have never seen things like this happening. I have trusted in Herb to do things right here and I am hoping he also notices the discontent with the residents with the new staff they brought in. Please Herb You have not let us down yet.We urge you to consider this matter with great thought Thank you Dan

They all must go and we need to start over much more intelligently and with heads out of butts. Roe is even more clueless and rude than anyone thus far. Each move the board makes is worse than the last. Until the board is replaced, the same wasteful, idiodic mistakes will be made. Period. They must all be replaced.

To all the Anasazi Board Members! Are you listening to and reading the residents disgust with you, AAM, Wayne and Roe?

After what Wayne did this week to Syndy, you must demand that Wayne be replaced by weeks end!!!!!

You cannot allow Wayne to show up on Monday. The residents are furious over his action against the only person who really worked hard for us.

Someone above has faith in Herb doing the right thing. I do not!

Now is your chance Herb to do the right thing for the community of Anasazi. Replace AAM, Wayne, Roe on Monday!

You all realize that Wayne does not care about anything but a paycheck. This place has turned into more of an apartment complex now that he is here. There is no sense of ownership anymore. I brought several problems to him over the past few months and SURPRISE, nothing was done about it. It got to the point where he would not come out of his office to speak with me or return my phone calls. Cindy was the an absolute delight and there were more times then I can count that I witnessed Wayne and Dan riding around in the golf cart either together or next to each other in separate golf carts chit chatting while Cindy was out working her butt off. My question is are we really going to continue to pay Wayne and Dan to do NOTHING? I have such a hard time with the fact that technically Cindy was fired because she is pregnant. Being a strong willed and hard working woman myself I take major offense to that! What is our board doing?! Things need to change and quickly! To be honest I am sick of watching Wayne cruise around on the golf cart doing nothing.

Whoever wrote Channel 3 Action News has a great idea. Maybe the News Networks would interested in coming out to Anasazi and doing a story on how employees are being treated here at Anasazi.

OCCUPY ANASAZI might get the attention of the Board to immediately take action and get rid of this Management in the office.....

Did you all know that Roe's son Frank is a manager at AAM. This is called NEPOTISM.
