AAM VICE PRESIDENT Sued in Federal Court ???

AAM INVOLVED IN PONZI SCHEME ???   
The AAM President lost her Business license for running a medical marijuana business AND NOT REPORTING INCOME  and now the Vice President is in Federal Court..THIS IS WHO IS IN CHARGE OF OUR MONEY !!!!! RESIDENTS THIS IS A MUST READ!!

AAM LLC is a bunch of criminals they are about to loose their license.

Check out this video of our neighbor hood of photos taken over the past five years from July of 2007 - July 0f 2012, and AAM LLC is claiming that there is a reserve of money in our HOA's Account and solicited Sundance Residential Homeowners Association to invest the money in the Stock Market... Sounds Like a ponzi scam to me....

Kathy Johnson VP of AAM LLC had me falsely arrested for disorderly conduct and trespassing... it should have been the other way around Kathy Johnson does not have the right to interfere in Association Business which was court order by the Clerk of the Supreme Court of the State of Arizona on May 24th of 2012

The following link is to pvtgov.org where you can find a link to the pdf file that ordered AAM LLC to stop interfering with HOA business... I also called the State board of Licensing they are going to yank AAM LLC's license in about 6 - 8 weeks

There is also a class action lawsuit against AAM LLC for collecting HOA past due assessment case number CV2012-095288

The case has been moved to the Federal Court because it involves Millions of dollars.

I also saw the note Roe posted on office doors about water being turned off to the lawn areas. 

Who does Roe and Wayne think they are fooling! For the non-year around residents.....The water has been turned off for watering the lawn areas all Summer. This is what the lawns look like all year since AAM showed up! Dead plants have not been replaced and if you notice all the Pine Trees are either dead or dying.

Your chance to really call the Board and AAM out on all of the above will be October HOA Meeting.

Demand the President of the HOA resign on the spot. ( Birchmore )
This man does not live here at all, does not visit here at all and has missed the last 4 scheduled meetings in a row.


Demand the Waterfall in Pool #2 be repaired immediately.

Demand that the books be opened up for independent auditors to audit.

Demand that the board members must be Anasazi year around residents.

Demand that the office and business office remain open on weekends for all residents use.

Demand that there be some kind of pool security on the weekends.

The rude lady from AAM must be told NOT TO ATTEND our HOA Meetings

Very interesting what the light of investigation turns up on AAM.

What does the BBB have to say about AAM?

Maybe this is why no current independant audits have been done on the books for the past 16 months!

WHERE IS OUR MONEY IZZY???????
Who is controlling OUR MONEY????
Does AAM have access to our money?
Why isn't AAM fired immediately?
Why does Birchmore support AAM?
Who is benefiting from AAM here?

At the October meeting we must demand that an independant auditor audit the books and find out where our money is immediately.

We must also demand immediately that no one from AAM be at our meeting in OCT. Per the post abour AAM being banned from HOA Meetings and getting involved with HOA business.

We need a residents council to over see the board and their activities on this property. Favoritism, Conflict of Interest, cannot be tolorated and violators should be removed immediately.
