ANOTHER FINE FOR ANASAZI ???

Well lets just put a Cherry on the Sundae from Last Thursdays Elevator incident.....

I was informed by THE RESIDENT who was stuck in elevator a very Disturbing Story

Ms D from building 5 was in elevator in building 5 of which is always a problem and most of us have all been stuck here at least once..Crazy ??    I Know ...but true

Now when the elevator got stuck she did what all of us do .. GRAB THAT EMERGENCY PHONE IN ELEVATOR!!

PROBLEM WAS PHONE WAS NOT IN SERVICE

When the Firemen got Mrs D out they were so ENRAGED that this was just another issue here at Anasazi..

The Phoenix Fire Dept is not one of our admirers as of late because of so many violations  here and all inside a complex of large amount of seniors



SO THE FIREMEN CALLED THE FIRE MARSHALL HERE IMMEDIATELY !! AND STATED THERE WOULD BE A FINE ISSUED..

The FIRE MARSHALL WAS HERE IN 20 MINUTES !!   SEE PICS...


Here he was left to deal with ROE..AS WAYNE WAS NOT ON PROPERTY AGAIN !!   Yes Again


When Mrs D went to office Roe  nonchalantly said she was sorry that it happened ?????  


Mrs D informed me she was just furious at the lack of skills or caring from office


WHEN YOUR HOA FEES RISE AGAIN IN JANUARY..

I WILL HAND TISSUE TO ALL THOSE THAT KEEP LOOKING THE OTHER WAY

YOUR FEE'S ARE GOING UP AS YOUR PROPERTY DEPRECIATES EVERY DAY

THE CHOICE IS ALL YOURS....TIME TO SMARTEN UP ..I WILL BE WAITING TO TELL YOU SO !!!!

A FEW JUST FOR STARTERS

Mr Webmaster.
Aren't U tired of all the same problems and NO ONE addressing them!

  For 2 years we have been telling the Board (What a Joke) about short term renters at every HOA meeting!  

Everyone knows who is doing the short term rentals!
Everyone knows what units are being rented!
Everyone knows who owns the units being rented short term!
Everyone knows Boats, Utility Trailers, Truck & Motorcycles are being stored on property!
Everyone knows Wayne leaves work early!
Everyone knows 3 board Members, Wayne & Roe do not live here!
Everyone knows Anasazi luster left when AAM and Wayne showed up!
Everyone knows the property has become a low end rental property!
Everyone knows there is no security for the grounds or pools on the weekends!
Everyone knows the office closes on Fridays at 3:30 and opens up on Mondays again at SOME TIME.

WE KNOW ALL THIS STUFF!!!!!

The question is who is going to do something about it!  Janet and Izzy sure aren't going to challenge anyone.  That leaves no one on the property to stop the above from taking place.

Is Brian's units being rented short term?
Is Janet's units being rented short term?
Is Birchmore's unit being rented short term?

None of the above will ever stop till we the Owner's make it stop!

All rental contracts must go thru the office (Roe) to verify they are for 30 Days minimum.
All renters must go thru the office to get a parking pass from Roe.
All renters must receive their keys and pool keys from the office (Roe)
All keys must be returned to Roe after 30 day rentals (minimum)
Weekends and all Holidays must have Pool Security on duty.

This group is not going to change anything that negatively affects their income flow from Anasazi.

Until this Board and AAM are gone we will continue to suffer and keep watching Anasazi spiral down to even lower depths in the community.......

...THE TIME HAS COME TO BE PREPARED FOR BATTLE HERE IN NOVEMBER ..WHEN WE CAN REACH MANY EARS AND GO DOOR TO DOOR...KEEP MELLOW ..THE TIME IS NEAR !!!....

NEW BOARD ON HORIZON

ENOUGH OF US RESIDENTS BEING USED FOR BOARD MEMBERS ILLEGAL PERSONAL GAIN HERE..........YES ILLEGAL -CONFLICT OF INTEREST

THIS MOTION WILL BE INTRODUCES AT OCTOBER MEETING


Something to think about for the many residents sharing their frustrations on this blog -

….How about "official" motions for the next Board meeting to modify the by-laws such that at least 4 members, if not all members, have to be residents living at Anasazi at least 8 months each year, and each member can be voted off/replaced every year …. (official means as allowed following the CC&Rs and By-Laws)

This thought can be expanded by additionally considering that:

Board members cannot own more than the property that they personally use as their residence for no less than 8 months each calendar year and shall have no immediate family members that own Anasazi property(ies). 

THE BOARD PRESIDENT MUST BE A FULL TIME RESIDENT OR MINIMUM 8 MONTH RESIDENT

Furthermore a board member, or candidate for board membership, cannot have a spouse, siblings or other relatives that have a vested business interest in Anasazi properties, such as, but not limited to, being a Realtor or other business that offers Anasazi  properties for sale, lease or rent.  

Any such condition would be a considered a conflict of interest.

That would take care of a several members presently serving on the Board. 

{ For Starters, One Should (legally) Investigate 

How present of Board members owning several multi Anasazi properties, together with family members as close as a spouse, manage to stay clear of the conflict of interest clause.} 

If the present By-Laws provide a loophole for this, then it needs to be plugged - no loopholes, no earmarks.  We have to enter and participate in the legal processes that the CC&Rs, By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation provides for residents to take action.
