Thank U for the information


Mr. Webmaster.  Thank U for the information on Open Meetings, Petitions, Conflict of Interests, Audits not being done.  
 
We know the process that has to take place to recall the Board.  125 signatures are needed to call a special meeting to recall the board.  We can get the signatures.  The board will resist calling the special meeting for many reasons (Cannot get everyone together 3 out of State)  U cannot vote them out, just appoint their own to fill vacancies or change the term limits.  The Board is entrenched and protecting it's own.
 
If U get the signatures and U get the meeting and everyone votes to recall members of the Board, but then the Board says sorry we are not leaving.......U must then bring legal action against them!  LAWYERS!!!!!
 
Is this community ready to hire a Lawyer to represent the Owners in a legal action against the Board?
 
As U know and everyone else knows Petitions, Meetings, Requests mean nothing to the members of this Board.  Even legal action will not scare them.  They will have their Lawyers represent them.
 
The once very nice Anasazi is no more!  This property has declined so much in the last 16 months, it's sad to see.  But it is what it is, planned and carried out.  U document it thru pictures and at the Board Meetings and nothing changes. 
 
If this was a 95% full community all year around, things would be different.  If the rental terms were 6 months or 1 year things would be different.  There is a huge disconnect in this community when 75% of the owners do not live here full time or not at all.  The full time owners cannot even stop the short term rentals from being done!
