We need a residents council to over see the board and their activities on this property. 

Favoritism, Conflict of Interest, cannot be tolorated and violators should be removed immediately

Check out this video of our neighbor hood of photos taken over the past five years from July of 2007 - July 0f 2012, and AAM LLC is claiming that there is a reserve of money in our HOA's Account and solicited Sundance Residential Homeowners Association to invest the money in the Stock Market... Sounds Like a ponzi scam to me....

Kathy Johnson VP of AAM LLC had me falsely arrested for disorderly conduct and trespassing... it should have been the other way around Kathy Johnson does not have the right to interfere in Association Business which was court order by the Clerk of the Supreme Court of the State of Arizona on May 24th of 2012

I also saw the note Roe posted on office doors about water being turned off to the lawn areas. 

Who does Roe and Wayne think they are fooling! For the non-year around residents.....The water has been turned off for watering the lawn areas all Summer. This is what the lawns look like all year since AAM showed up! Dead plants have not been replaced and if you notice all the Pine Trees are either dead or dying.

Your chance to really call the Board and AAM out on all of the above will be October HOA Meeting.

My wife and I have lived here for 6 years and have never seen Anasazi not have grass all year round till this last year.We have shyed away from board meetings and such for a while now.The reason is it futile to attend as the residents have no voice.So we also gave up 

But after talking with some neighbors in clubhouse last night and they talked about this webthing, I went in and read a very large portion of your work.I must say a bit rogue at times but very much the truth.

I understand that a resident here is preparing petitions, We have quite a few residents in our building interested.Please keep us updated as to where we may sign these items.

I must say in closing that you are very correct in stating the condition the grounds are in.We never had a single day when the grass was not green.It has become very dismall here the landscaping, trees and lack of flowers.Pools always under repair. We also agree that board members should be residents living on property. Thank You

So True ...But NO One Cares


Mr. Webmaster.  You are correct!  If someone was dumb enough to buy a Condo here at Anasazi today they would never know how plush this property used to be pre AAM.  All they would see is dead lawns, dead trees, waterfalls not working and hear about all the major plumbing issues on the property.
Spent $15.00 getting my car washed yesterday only to see this morning it is already covered in a layer of dust & dirt from the guys with the blowers blowing CRAP every where!
Can't the guys with the blowers and the guys mowing the dead grass and dirt do it all on Fridays?  Why do the guys with the blowers have to make a mess 1 and 2 days before the mowers mow the dirt and dead lawn areas?  If you can watch the dust and dirt coming from behind the mowers as they mow the dead lawns.
The HOA should provide an area to wash your cars on the property or pay for car washes for the residents once a week. 
What the area really needs is water trucks washing down all the parking areas and drives.  THEY ARE FILTHY with dirt, rocks, mud from leaking irrigation lines.

BURCHMORE MUST BE REMOVED..PERIOD


Mr. Webmaster.
Do you know if Birchmore is going to attend the Oct Meeting or is going to be allowed to miss 5 scheduled meetings in a row?  Birchmore must be told to step down and be replaced with a Anasazi year around resident as the President.  
For the lady asking about cable issues.  There are reasons why Yignition and AAM and the current Landscape Company have long contracts with Anasazi.....??????  Ask the Board.
The cable equipment on this property is in the same shape as the plumbing, sewage lines.  Old, outdated, breaking, and very expensive to replace or repair.  I have been told that other cable providers will not come here because of the old outdated equipment.  Direct TV or Dish will work but you need their equipment on your patio pointing South.
This property is in sad shape.  Everything gets old and must be torn down, torn out and replaced or maintained on a regular basics.  None are being done here at Anasazi.  From the lawns to the plumbing, everyday is another SAD ADVENTURE at Anasazi.

QUESTIONS THAT NEED ANSWERS

At the last Board meeting a resident asked about the financial report which is due every year ?

The answer was the AAM lady tried to pass off a 3 year old report ???


She was informed that it should be annual report

Where is our financial report and how much money do we really have ??

2nd question is where is the $11,000 we appropriated for tree trimming ??

The tree's have never been trimmed ??

3rd question  we also appropriated $16,500 for the sprinkler technician

He has never been seen on property after 1st week after board meeting

Where is that $16,500 ??

How about the $4000 a year we also pay AAM in Mileage reimbursement ???

DOES ANY ONE REALIZE OUR CONTRACT WITH AAM IS A TOTAL OF
$309,528 A YEAR FOR THERE SERVICES

I THINK WE ARE ALL DUE A COPY OF FINANCIALS ??

IT IS YOUR MONEY !!   $$$$$$$$

Cable Issues


Hi, has anyone had the problems I'm having with Ygnition?  Everyday around 4:40 and 5:10 PM, the cable goes out with a message "Signal Lost, then another message telling me that, then a 3rd message with another message. 

 I finally got through to their Support, and this really nice guy stated someone would be there to fix it within 2 days. He came on Wednesday last week, and stated he had to do a lot of maintenance with the boxes, but should now be good to go.  Wrong!!!!  

Everyday now, it goes off for just a minute with the same message, then comes on again.  Does this for about an hour then finally goes away.  I called again on Friday, got a support person who stated someone would be there to fix it.  Wrong.  I called again yesterday afternoon and got the same person, and she stated she is checking with dispatch and someone would be there to fix it by today.  Will see.  So, if anyone is having issues, Ygnition knows about it

A Residents Concern !!


For the 21 people out of 600 units who were at the HOA meeting when Wayne announced a new, great, best in the valley landscaping company would be bring the grass back to its pristine shape (Pre AAM).......

WHAT HAPPENED?  MORE LIES!  Isn't everyone sick and tired of  AAM, Wayne and his lying, deceit, lack of work ethic and not caring about OUR PROPERTY!  This property does not belong to WAYNE OR AAM.....It belongs to us!

Wayne said the new company would be repairing the irrigation systems again, aerating all the lawn areas, fertilizing all the lawn areas and start watering the lawns. ( Lawns cannot be green without water )

Water the lawns and do not heat 4 pools for 4 months in the Winter!  1 on each side of the community is plenty!

Wayne also said trees would be trimmed and thinned, dead Pine Trees removed! DAHHHHHHH

Looking at all the lawn areas this morning during a walk of the property, it is obvious that none of the above has happened.  This property has never looked so bad in the 10 years I have been here!  Lawns are DEAD all the way down to just hard dirt showing and the trees are all dead or in the process of being dead real soon..

If Wayne's, AAM and the boards goal is to let lawn areas and trees die and then replace with different colored rocks, then why waste money on Rye Grass for the Winter when it will not be watered any way!
Let everything just die and put in rocks and more Cactus.

Has everyone forgotten how beautiful lawns were when Marianne and Rossmar were in charge!

No one was complaining about green lawns and watering the lawns and tree fertilization.

Healthy lawn areas also bring the temperatures down in the community during the Summer months.

Walk the Golf Course on a hot Summer evening and feel the difference.....COOL!

We the 600 home owners should have a say on what we want. What have we allowed to happen to our once beautiful piece of property!  

WHERE IS ALL OUR MONEY GOING?  The property looks like s--- but the landscaping budget is OVER BUDGET???????  WHO IS GETTING ALL THE MONEY???????

Izzy needs to open the books to the owners and a third party completely independent auditor must audit the books!

WAYNE!  JUST TURN ON THE WATER AND WATER THE LAWNS
............;SIMPLE! 

Birchmore must be told to step down at the October meeting PERIOD.

AS I LOOK OUT MY 3RD FLOOR PATIO..IT'S A SHAME

THE GRASS AND TREE'S ARE ALL DEAD..AND THE MUDDY WALKWAY IS STILL NOT FIXED

PLEASE..PLEASE WHETHER YOU WANT ME ON BOARD OR NOT, I HAVE NO ISSUE WITH BEING ON IT OR NOT

BUT WE ALL MUST AGREE !!  WE NEED TO REMOVE THE NON RESIDENT BOARD MEMBERS

Thank U for the information


Mr. Webmaster.  Thank U for the information on Open Meetings, Petitions, Conflict of Interests, Audits not being done.  
 
We know the process that has to take place to recall the Board.  125 signatures are needed to call a special meeting to recall the board.  We can get the signatures.  The board will resist calling the special meeting for many reasons (Cannot get everyone together 3 out of State)  U cannot vote them out, just appoint their own to fill vacancies or change the term limits.  The Board is entrenched and protecting it's own.
 
If U get the signatures and U get the meeting and everyone votes to recall members of the Board, but then the Board says sorry we are not leaving.......U must then bring legal action against them!  LAWYERS!!!!!
 
Is this community ready to hire a Lawyer to represent the Owners in a legal action against the Board?
 
As U know and everyone else knows Petitions, Meetings, Requests mean nothing to the members of this Board.  Even legal action will not scare them.  They will have their Lawyers represent them.
 
The once very nice Anasazi is no more!  This property has declined so much in the last 16 months, it's sad to see.  But it is what it is, planned and carried out.  U document it thru pictures and at the Board Meetings and nothing changes. 
 
If this was a 95% full community all year around, things would be different.  If the rental terms were 6 months or 1 year things would be different.  There is a huge disconnect in this community when 75% of the owners do not live here full time or not at all.  The full time owners cannot even stop the short term rentals from being done!

the board of directors would benefit any member of the board of directors or any

removal of a member of the board of directors, other than a member appointed by 
the declarant, the following apply:
1. In an association with one thousand or fewer members, on receipt of a petition 
that calls for removal of a member of the board of directors and that is signed by

the number of persons who are entitled to cast at least twenty-five per cent of the 
votes in the association or one hundred votes in the association, whichever is less, 
the board shall call and provide written notice of a special meeting of the 
association as prescribed by section 33-1804, subsection B.
2. Notwithstanding section 33-1804, subsection B, in an association with more than 
one thousand members, on receipt of a petition that calls for removal of a member 
of the board of directors and that is signed by the number of persons who are 
entitled to cast at least ten per cent of the votes in the association or one thousand 
votes in the association, whichever is less, the board shall call and provide written 
notice of a special meeting of the association. The board shall provide written notice 
of a special meeting as prescribed by section 33-1804, subsection B.
3. The special meeting shall be called, noticed and held within thirty days after 
receipt of the petition.
4. For purposes of a special meeting called pursuant to this subsection, a quorum is 
present if the number of owners to whom at least twenty per cent of the votes or 
one thousand votes, whichever is less, are allocated is present at the meeting in 
person or as otherwise permitted by law.
5. If a civil action is filed regarding the removal of a board member, the prevailing 
party in the civil action shall be awarded its reasonable attorney fees and costs.
6. The board of directors shall retain all documents and other records relating to 
the proposed removal of the member of the board of directors for at least one year 
after the date of the special meeting and shall permit members to inspect those 
documents and records pursuant to section 33-1805.
7. A petition that calls for the removal of the same member of the board of 
directors shall not be submitted more than once during each term of office for that 
member.
B. For an association in which board members are elected from separately 
designated voting districts, a member of the board of directors, other than a 
member appointed by the declarant, may be removed only by a vote of the 
members from that voting district, and only the members from that voting district 
are eligible to vote on the matter or be counted for purposes of determining a 
quorum.

33-1810. Board of directors; annual audit

Unless any provision in the planned community documents requires an annual audit 
by a certified public accountant, the board of directors shall provide for an annual 
financial audit, review or compilation of the association. The audit, review or 
compilation shall be completed no later than one hundred eighty days after the end 
of the association's fiscal year and shall be made available upon request to the 
members within thirty days after its completion
