Mr. Webmaster. GREAT picture of Pool #5 right now! 

 Best urinated pool in Phoenix. 

Question:

Since there are no restrooms available at pool 5 where do you think all those senior citizens are re leaving themselves?

This property will never be what it was again until AAM, Board are replaced.

  Even then the reputation of Anasazi is what is, terrible in the community! 

 Low income, cheap rental property that is not being maintained with Major Plumbing and Major Fire Marshall issues on top of all the other problems.

How long till the waterfall fall at pool #2 gets repaired? Another 18 months! 

Where is our Community Manager with his Engineering Degree! Surely he can figure out and repair a simple waterfall.

What does Birchmore do at all? He is AWOL all year on meeting and does not live here at all?


Janet looks like she is trying but is probably left out of the loop on most decisions.

Then there is the TV Evangelist Brian fleecing the flock. Also does not live here at all but sure wants to be in charge of everything. (Money)

4 are worthless (Janet???) but all supporters of AAM and Wayne. The above is why the good reputation of Anasazi is no more. Just another low end apartment complex in Phoenix with huge problems!

The full time residents know what is wrong with board, AAM, Wayne and why Anasazi has a terrible reputation. JUST ASK A FULL TIME RESIDENT! No one has the b.... to fire AAM, replace this board, demand a independant audit of the books.

Attitude here is if the grass is green and a pool is heated for the 2 weeks I am here in Nov then everything must be great!

Thank you for agreeing with the residents that Roe needs to be here on Saturdays from Noon till 4:00. We agree with you that Roe should work 36 hours during the week and 4 hours on Saturdays.

You really helped us residents who work all week and have no access to the HOA Office or Business Center during the week.

Thank You again Janet, looking forward to new hours and seeing Roe in office on Saturdays when you implement new access keys on Nov 15th.

If you used Pool #5 in the last 2 weeks you know who they are. They bring their Twin Bed sized air mattresses and float like they own and are the only ones in the pool!

Perfect example of visitors not knowing anything about what goes on here at Anasazi the other 49 weeks of the year.

BOARD MEETING RESULTS ???

Well this was supposed to be a meeting about issues here at Anasazi !!

 But what we got was a 30 minute presentation from Janet Frintners boyfriend ?? A Non Resident telling us whats good for Anasazi ?
About the new Blog the board is implementing..They call it a discussion Board ?/lol

 Only thing is they will be the ones that allow what you can comment on ??  Silly??    I know

 Now if this is what they wanted to do . why did they not ask me for help?   I have volunteered my service free many times I own a Blog /Website Company

 No offense but Janet's Boyfriend doesn't know enough about this to be organizing it, Appreciate the effort to volunteer   But !!  It was an amateur  attempt at a good idea 

 Their WEBSITE?/  Will be useless to most who are not computer people, It is to technical ...It needs to be simplified ..Guarantee in present format you will have 40 people out of 604 use it   ...??

 I could have shown them the way to make it simple and easy  so that more people could utilize it
and volunteer to do it
BUT THEY ONLY WANT PEOPLE IN THEIR POCKETS

 This New Website is were supposedly you can go in and ask Wayne,.  Board etc to fix something and then they will email you when they are going to do it

 SERIOUSLY   ??  THEY DONT EVEN FIX WHEN WE ASK LIVE IN OFFICE

 Ok enough on this ridiculous idea they spent 30 minutes on !!!

 Now the One good thing that happened at meeting was Starting November 15 THE CLUBHOUSE FRONT DOORS WILL BE LOCKED!! This is a great move to help keep unwanted out of pool and clubhouse!!

Izzy resigned as treasurer or lets just spell it out !!! 

 HIM AND BRIAN SWITCHED ROLES ON THE BOARD, 

 ROBERT DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND HAD TO ASK EVERY THING..

 SURE APPEARED BRIAN IS THE PRESIDENT !  

 FAYE ??  What do You Bring to the Table??  Honestly    

 Next issue   Starting Jan 1st If you call AAM Emergency number and it is not deemed an emergency by office.... YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THE CHARGE.. A Form will be sent to all to read and sign...This is costly for all of us

 Next Issue..     Resident asked Board to check legalities that all pools shall be heated equally and not certain pools. This is a BIG ISSUE as the winter visitors come back and find their poolside units are not on a heated pool any longer...HAVE TO CARRY THOSE RAFTS ACROSS THE COMPLEX??...Legal answer coming !  WE SHOULD HAVE EQUAL TIME OF POOLS HEATED..NOT JUST POOL 5...ALSO STATED WE HAVE 2 POOLS OUT OF 5 BROKEN ?????   
Next Issue..Board brought in a new Insurance guy for property, Said the man we have been using! A owner here will not do as good because he goes to Florida a few months a year, Well I asked what was any different that Robert Burchmore lives in Wisconsin..GOT NO ANSWER..I believe we stay with Ralph Avery, He has done a great service here and is a resident...NO more outsourcing ..  PLEASE

The two that came inappropriately dressed for the Beach  and left abruptly??  This is what Board meeting are for and sometimes after too many lies by Board , we have to get  a bit aggressive in tone ..Would rather work with Board to  find a solution.....But you were just as guilty in your comments   ..Sometimes its just the heat of the moment......No Hard Feelings..

 You would still have excellent office coverage plus Saturdays with no additional cost to the association.

 Mr Webmaster, It has come to my attention, 

 that we have a resident here that runs a personal taxi service! 

 It seems she hit someones car on the freeway, did stop, but would not give him, her info and took off. 

 She bought the car from a elderly Lady here at Anasazi, now this Lady is being held responsible for this bimbos action.

  It is clear the taxi lady {Building 10} never registered the car in her name. 

 The topper to this is the taxi lady drinks heavy and takes pain pills.

  My point is, people should beware of riding with this person.

Same Story Different Address

This will be the short version of a real story, About ten years ago we had 4 condos in Hallendale Florida on the gulf .... Beautiful Properties

 As with Anasazi the residents a large amount getting up in age and were slacking with keeping up property and not up with the times such as what is happening at Anasazi, They were just going along with the program,people gave up fighting the Board.

  Then we had an influx of Canadian buyers, Who brought fresh money and life to the community, At this time we took the leverage and SOLD all 4 condos..Leaving the mess to the new owners, Last couple years we had a large influx of buyers here from Canada and many people pissed and moaned about "The Canadians  

 What they don't understand is this money really saved the  Florida Property and Anasazi as we also got a whole group of new great folks here.We have a problem here with residents that need to get back on track and start to care more about what goes on here

 I have watched my Family Trust make nothing but good investments ,after selling in Florida we purchased unit here and a $900,000 house in North Troon..Of which we still have

 I have seen what happens when things go bad and after experiencing this problem before I had hoped to help save some of you from your selves
I have also got emails asking about me campaigning here

 TOO BE HONEST I SEE NO HOPE FOR ANASAZI WITH THE TRACK WE ARE ON AT THE PRESENT

 But to the few that still send 5th grade emails I understand just how ignorant a large percentage of residents are here..This is not intended to be disrespectful  But sometimes the truth hurts

 I am not campaigning (Eddie Q)I just tell it like it is and its the truth, some of you are not used to that. .....Weak !!
I hope you all find your way before it is too late...I have lost interest in even running for Board if the Intelligence level here stays the same....Educated Dummies

 I HAVE PUT MY SELF AND A GREAT AMOUNT OF MY TIME HERE TO HELP GET TO WHERE WE SHOULD BE AND MANY THINK IT IS NOT SERIOUS 

 IT IS MANY PROSPECTIVE BUYERS READ HERE OFTEN AND GO ELSEWHERE

 SO  It all comes down to Board meeting to see if you all truly care or are a bunch of dead fish

 ITS YOUR MONEY , I HAVE NO MORTGAGE TO WORRY ABOUT...SO SELLING HERE WILL NOT AFFECT MY BANK ACCOUNT

 THE BOTTOM LINE IS THIS COMMUNITY IS FALTERING AND DOING IT FAST..WE HAVE A NON RESIDENT BOARD AND A PRESIDENT THAT HAS NEVER LIVED HERE,,IF YOU CANT SEE THIS AS A PROBLEM  ..THEN YOU ARE THE PROBLEM

 BUT THE INSULTS THAT ARE MAILED TO ME ARE TO NO AVAIL AS YOU KNOW

 THEY COME FROM WEAK PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE THE BALLS TO ADDRESS ME IN PERSON  ONE WORD COMES TO MIND   WIMPS !!!!  I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN STRONG MINDED AND A WINNER   ..AND WILL ADDRESS ANY OF THOSE WHO INSULT IN PERSON IF YOU WISH TO GROW SOME CAHOOTIES AND ADDRESS ME LIVE

No Financials Again

Board Meeting on Tuesday Night changed everything! Did you know there was a meeting scheduled for Tuesday Night?

TV Evangelists (AAM & Board) were not ready to "Fleece the Flock"
(Owners)

New deceptions had to be planned!

This Board works for AAM, NOT US!

It is easier than that, folks.

The Board and AAM stumbled over the enormous cost of equipping the property with emergency lighting as required by code, city and other authorities. Not doing so means heavy fines - also budget $$$, and would still require the installation of the lighting system. 

 Additionally, it is not far fetched that the property is required to install emergency power generators to be able to extract folks trapped in elevators by power outages. The cost of any solution will be sizeable and could potentially drive up the HOA fee. 

 Adding to this the cost of the ongoing waste/sewer pipe repairs/replacements, and the removal/replacement of trees so many resident ask for, it is difficult to assume that there will be no increase in HOA fess. 
Removing one tree and hauling it off is min. $300. Replacing it with a mature one will be more. 

 Pick your fights wisely so they do not effect your pocket book, the HOA fees that is.

All owners have to pay for the corrections of problems that were introduced long time ago, way before AAM and Rosmar, as early as the planning and construction stages of Anasazi. Quit whining and get real!

Another Residents Concerns

 Mr Webmaster

 These Residents must get their heads out of the sand and bombard Board and AAM things must change around here or they are all out!! 

 WE owners and residents can take our property back and run it ourselves. 

 There are plenty of people qualified and who love this place, as all of us full time residents do! The snowbirds might care when here, but not that much as this management team seems to cater to them more than the full time residents. 

 Anasazi now is not safe for older residents, or anyone for that matter, to walk the property at night. Not enough lighting and lights are always out. 

 Our police make us feel protected, but cannot be at all places at all times. We see that by stolen bikes, cars broken into, people sneaking over the fences and so on. 

 We know by talking to our officers that they are very busy and many nights run from one crime to another.

 It's a sorry fact that most people don't realize what goes on here.

 But since 2008 I have posted to this Blog Site on a regular basis and the last 15 months have showed the many changes here at Anasazi

 The most important is the look of our property

 The next is you have all allowed yourself to be happy with a Non Resident Board

 I have published all the truth about what goes on here for all to see

 I have added pictures and shown court cases involving our management company..No one has an answer for the Financials

 THERE IS NOTHING LEFT TO SAY...IT IS TIME FOR YOU ALL AS RESIDENTS TO EITHER BAND TOGETHER AND DEMAND CHANGES OR WAIT TILL THE PROPERTY FALLS WAY BELOW THOSE IN THE AREA

 YOU SNOWBIRD VISITORS JUST KEEP GOING HOME EVERY YEAR AND THINK ABOUT COMING BACK TO YOUR LITTLE SPOT OF PARADISE

 WRONG ......  YOU WILL BE THE LAST TO SEE AND THE FIRST TO CRY WHEN IT HAPPENS

 ANASAZI NEEDS A CHANGE OR IT WILL CONTINUE TO DEVALUE

 SO IT IS ALL UP TO YOU...DO WE KEEP THE CORRUPTION AND CONFLICT OF INTEREST HERE TILL WE ARE BROKE??

 TO WE KEEP BUDGETING MONEY THAT IS NEVER SPENT??

 WAKE UP....I HAVE NO ISSUE WITH MOVING AND RENTING MINE SHORT TERM FOR LOTS OF MONEY...NO ONE WILL STOP ME?? THEY DON'T STOP ANYONE!

More Mail


Yesterday (Monday) the landscape crew (What Landscape) was mowing the dead grass between and around Bldg's 9 and 10.  NOT THATCHING....MOWING.
The dirt, dust and dead grass clippings were so thick I gave the guy riding the mower a Face Mask to wear!

The cars are filthy, the parking lots are filthy and we are breathing all that crap.
To the lady who said this happens every year during this week!  This is what the property looks like all Summer.  Dead lawns, dead trees, filthy parking lots, dead plants not being replaced.  You can thank Wayne for the horrible shape this property is in, or maybe you think the property looks great!
WHAT ARE THEY MOWING?  The lawns are dead all the way to the bare dirt.  The bare dirt is so dry it is cracking.  Looks like the Mojave Desert or a dried up River Bed.
It is going to take more water to get the lawn areas back to the shape they were in PRE AAM than if Wayne would have maintained the lawns are year.  And why waste the water on the lawns for 4 months anyway!  You are just going to turn the water off after the visitors leave and let the lawns die again all Summer!
IF AAM LLC LOOSES IT'S LICENSE WILL WE THEN BE RID OF AAM AND WAYNE?
Wayne!  Instead of catering to the 75% of the people who do not live here all year around, visit 2 months out of the year or who do not even come here 1 day out of the year ( Birchmore ).....Take care of the 25% who do live here all year around and have to put up with you, Roe and AAM! 
You visitors have no idea how bad Wayne, Roe and AAM LLC is!  All you care about is if "YOUR" pool is heated.  OPEN YOUR EYES, TALK TO THE FULL TIME RESIDENTS!!!!!!

A Residents Concern !!


For the 21 people out of 600 units who were at the HOA meeting when Wayne announced a new, great, best in the valley landscaping company would be bring the grass back to its pristine shape (Pre AAM).......

 WHAT HAPPENED?  MORE LIES!  Isn't everyone sick and tired of  AAM, Wayne and his lying, deceit, lack of work ethic and not caring about OUR PROPERTY!  This property does not belong to WAYNE OR AAM.....It belongs to us!

 Wayne said the new company would be repairing the irrigation systems again, aerating all the lawn areas, fertilizing all the lawn areas and start watering the lawns. ( Lawns cannot be green without water )

 Water the lawns and do not heat 4 pools for 4 months in the Winter!  1 on each side of the community is plenty!

 Wayne also said trees would be trimmed and thinned, dead Pine Trees removed! DAHHHHHHH

 Looking at all the lawn areas this morning during a walk of the property, it is obvious that none of the above has happened.  This property has never looked so bad in the 10 years I have been here!  Lawns are DEAD all the way down to just hard dirt showing and the trees are all dead or in the process of being dead real soon..

 If Wayne's, AAM and the boards goal is to let lawn areas and trees die and then replace with different colored rocks, then why waste money on Rye Grass for the Winter when it will not be watered any way!
Let everything just die and put in rocks and more Cactus.

 Has everyone forgotten how beautiful lawns were when Marianne and Rossmar were in charge!

 No one was complaining about green lawns and watering the lawns and tree fertilization.

 Healthy lawn areas also bring the temperatures down in the community during the Summer months.

 Walk the Golf Course on a hot Summer evening and feel the difference.....COOL!

 We the 600 home owners should have a say on what we want. What have we allowed to happen to our once beautiful piece of property!  

 WHERE IS ALL OUR MONEY GOING?  The property looks like s--- but the landscaping budget is OVER BUDGET???????  WHO IS GETTING ALL THE MONEY???????

 Izzy needs to open the books to the owners and a third party completely independent auditor must audit the books!

 WAYNE!  JUST TURN ON THE WATER AND WATER THE LAWNS
............;SIMPLE! 

 Birchmore must be told to step down at the October meeting PERIOD.
