What ever possessed these people to mow this dirt this morning ????? The dirt in the air was so thick this morning / afternoon that you couldn't even see across to other buildings!!! 

The pool now is covered in a layer of dirt and the pool decking that we paid the pool guy to come and blow this morning was a waste AGAIN of our money all that work he did for nothing!!! 106 degrees out and can't swim in the pool unless you want dirt on you!! 

The common sense of the workers and Wayne's direction is completely SENSELESS!!! OH I FORGOT ...... AAM don't pay $306.00 per month out of their pockets like we do.....SOOOOO They must not give a hoot!!! 
But for all you winter visitors the place will be ready for you guys when you get here!!!! Glad for You..Sad for us all Summer

The drug addict apartments across the street looks better than Anasazi !!!! What a Very sad situation we have gotten ourselves into. Yup .....

You full time residents who sit in your house all day and write out that check for HOA fees every month knowing that this place looks NO better than the CITY DUMP are all sorry...
you have been bullied into believing that your money is being put to good use when its going in AAM'S  pocket ..you are all a bunch of money wasting Honey Boo Boo family style people !!!!! The dried up trees are a fire hazard ....just ask your local fire department what the dangers of this problem is ...I did!!!

Now lets just point out a few things that we don't have any longer

1st A Resident had to sue to just get the pools heated 4 months a year

Anasazi had heated pools always in the past..BUT HOA FEES ARE STILL SKY HIGH ??

We had green grass ALL YEAR ROUND..Now we may get 3 months a year ..
BUT HOA FEES ARE STILL SKY HIGH ??

We put $16,000 in budget to trim tree's..That have never been trimmed
Where is that money...BUT HOA FEES ARE STILL SKY HIGH ??

We pay $309,000 a year for AAM and have No real Property crew to speak of
Just AAM VENDORS

WHY IS ALL THIS HAPPENING ??

VERY SIMPLE WE HAVE 3 BOARD MEMBERS THAT DO NOT LIVE HERE

BUT ALL MAKE MONEY OFF THEIR POSITION

THE OTHER 2 BOARD MEMBERS ARE HAD SERVED ANASAZI WELL FOR YEARS, BUT CANNOT STAY UPDATED ON NEW TECHNOLOGY HERE
WE WILL BE HAVING A PRIVATE RESIDENTS MEETING  TO DISCUSS ISSUES AND START PETITION DRIVE STARTED 

OUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO REMOVE THIS BOARD AND FILL WITH PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE AND WILL CONTINUE TO HELP US GROW

Dear Anonymous

First off the grass was thatched on Thursday and after checking with a reputable landscape company today!!  They stated the proper way was to rake the remnants!

That using a mower was the lazy way and all it does is spread dust all over property, cars and pools

Exactly what happened here !!

So in light of your rude and uniformed answer to an intelligent observation

You are wrong and maybe you should sign your name with the real residents here
And not one of the Boards Closet Supporters or maybe even a Board member in hiding ????????  9 YEARS HERE QUALIFIES ME AS A VETERAN AS TO WHAT GOES ON HERE..And what is not being done !!!!..Thank You
