We now have a President of the Board not living here or visiting here all year and not aware of anything going on here at Anasazi.
We now have a Treasurer also not living here at all but controlling our money. Doesn't this scare anyone? Why wasn't a vote taken to elect a Treasurer?
No words can describe how inept and useless Faye is?
Izzy needs to resign completely and make room for a Anasazi full time resident to take his place.
The board will never allow it, need more old cronie yes people to protect their conflict of interests!
Last meeting we had a NON-RESIDENT telling us about plumbing issues and creating lists. This meeting we get another NON-RESIDENT telling us he is creating a policed, censored site for all residents to go to make open comments and to communicate with the board, Wayne and AAM. (RIGHT)
You cannot get a HONEST response from Wayne or the board when you ask them something face to face. With new site they can lie to you via E-Mail or say they never saw the comment or question.
WE ALREADY HAVE A SITE TO GO TO:
ANASAZILIVING.COM and IT IS NOT POLICED OR CENSORED!
Beach Wear Board supporters are Canadians here 3 weeks out of the year who have no clue what goes on here the other 49 weeks out of the year. Their only concern is what pool is heated...nothing else.

Just another example of those who visit and do not reside here, These part time folks need to sit back and listen to the Residents that are here year round before they compliment "This Board" You should not not need to explain Webmaster ........They made Fools of themselves...Evident they had no clue what is going on here..Let them walk !

Mr. Webmaster. The "RUDE" clothing "CHALLENGED" Canadian couple from building #10 who abrutly walked out of HOA Meeting and made inapropriate remarks to you and the board (Janet) on their way out are ON THEIR WAY BACK TO CANADA!!!!

If you used Pool #5 in the last 2 weeks you know who they are. They bring their Twin Bed sized air matresses and float like they own and are the only ones in the pool!
Perfect example of visitors not knowing anything about what goes on here at Anasazi the other 49 weeks of the year.
