Well I have to say.........................

This is the dumbest thing I have seen at Anasazi period>>>>>


A letter from Faye Roberts...
1st off she used her power as an appointed  member of the Board to give her access to all Residents mailing list...


Then she writes a letter to all Residents that we should all VOTE for Izzy and Janet for another term ???  Then it says read attachment but Faye forgot attachment..(Hmmm)


PLEASE FAYE PUT THE WINE AWAY
A person must have an IQ of a rock to try to push this action

These are the 2 we need to get off the Board now and have it done with a NO COMPETENCY VOTE...


They fall asleep at every meeting...Faye quit kissing Janet's ass for appointing you the the Board of which you have no point serving on...You were a Flight Attendant ...go serve Izzy and Janet tea and leave the Business here to people that have the knowledge to protect our investments here


So it is apparent that all emails concerning FAYE are true.. that she is just Janets little assistant


FAYE ENOUGH....I am tired of people moaning here they don't like the terms I use at times  ?/


TOO BAD!!!!   Its about time someone here had some BALLS and stood up and voiced the truth here and also know its time to break up the clic here of useless Board members.....I also have been given access to the same mailing list and think its time all Residents know about this Blog and some of the BS going on here.And save the time writing me that Im a bully or am off key I own this blog and control its content, Some of you that write me need to give your husbands their pants back..You have wore them long enough..They should be wearing the pants in the family but are not ..Shame !


HOLD THE ELECTION OFF PEOPLE BEFORE YOU ALL GET SCREWED FOR ANOTHER TERM, Till we can get some qualified candidates..4 out of 5 Board members are useless and they want to continue this charade  .......


Maybe it is time for those of us who spoke about building some lawsuits here to change the direction...Bet that will help our budget

Committee Here at Anasazi ??

I have had some great input as of late and one is why we don't have an community, This is a very useful way for some of the residents to help and also steer the Board into directions needed here and all work together for a better community...Just a Thought......Your Comments ??

Creating a Committee


To begin the committee selection process, it is advisable to hold an open meeting describing the types of committees available and their purpose. In order to guide each committee, a board member should hold the committee liaison position - - thus, serving in an advisory role to the committee. It is recommended that the Board promote social events for general membership and to build a sense of neighborhood and community involvement. It is also advisable to focus on the special interests of different age levels, as capturing the interest of one segment of the community often draws others.

Getting Started

Once committees get started on their assignment, one can encourage greater community participation by holding public meetings that are posted well in advance. Encourage volunteers, recognize them and reward them whenever possible. In order to accomplish this task, it will take participation from board members, the manager, and homeowners alike. It will also take some active marketing and promotion by everyone else involved in association affairs. Since a portion of what the association must do every day is viewed by some as negative, there should be a focus on the many positive aspects of living in and being a member of a community association.
When a board has a strong committee structure, it can save the association a wealth of time. Instead of requiring that the board as a whole be an expert on every issue, directors can delegate areas of research and responsibility to appropriate committees. During tenure as a board member, one should expect to serve on at least one committee as well. This is a very important responsibility. Committees do much of the legwork and much of the consensus building that helps a board make good decisions. Remember: C ommittees are time-savers. Board members should not undermine their efforts by insisting on retracing whatever path the committee members took to reach their decision!

Committee Reporting

To help ensure that the board will focus on the result of the committees' efforts (and not on the process by which they reached their conclusion) consider using a basic committee report form. Such a document is easily created and gives the board the information it needs to act on a committee recommendation without a prolonged discussion of the committee's work.
The committee chairperson is usually charged with completing the report form and giving it to the property manager, who then includes it with the agenda packet for the next board meeting. Board members read the report, have the chance to ask any questions before the meeting, and are ready to vote when the item comes up! What a way to spread the workload while accomplishing more than ever!

No part time residents, No inexperienced applicants, and No one just using Anasazi as a income source to futher their business interests in this community ie: Realators and Insurance Salemen!

Faye. Please withdraw you name for consideration. You have no experience to do this job and the last thing this community needs is another inexperienced yes person on the board.

The whole board needs to be replaced! Filling open position with the same old, tired, people will not move this community forward.

WRITE IN CANDIDATE ??

Hello Blog Readers, After many emails and calls from you the Residents about why I do not run for Board or many who have called to push me to take on this roll !!

I am throwing my name in the Candidates Roll here after seeing the options we are left with here and according to comments as of last couple day. But I will not receive votes because I am not in the CLICK of the Old Brigade here.

BUT if you really want some one with knowledge that can be an assett to the community I am writing a Short Bio here for you all to consider

I also walk a lot and I agree with you about some patios. One has a stock pile of chairs and tables,and just junk. the same unit has a carved bear sitting in the gravel. Whats up with that??? The snoop-dog that lives in building 5 had rugs hanging of her balcony for 2 days. I do believe they have a new invention called a dryer so there is no need to drape rugs or towels over the patio. Also a number of dog owners are not cleaning up after their dogs. We have one man who can't see so he tries to find his dogs pooh by feeling around with no bag on his hand. I understand he is going blind, but what I don't understand is his wife. Maybe she should walk with him so the poor soul doesn't have to put his hands in the pooh. and the people with large (over 20 0r 25 lbs) stay away from the smaller dogs. As for Warren he needs to learn some manners. I was in the office and he sat out side the door listening., my business is not his business. The next time I'll get up and shut the door in his face,and if the fool starts legal action and it cost us as home owners then he can pay for all of us. Some people have nothing better to do then stir the pot, and Warren is one of them.

WOW! Sounds like we should all get together and sign Cum-Bye-Yah while holding hand and candles! Faye will not be an independant voice on the board. She supports the board in everything they have done. Thinks they are doing a great job. 

Brian is also a supporter of the board. Who are the members on the board that support the owners? Name One! Answer is none! If we cannot get two candidates that are independant thinkers and support the owners concerns, than do not fill the two vacant positions! Nothing is going to change! Be prepared for more of the same. Things will have to get even worse here before they get better.

 Putting in Faye and Brian is a long way from getting rid of all the existing board and replacing them??????

Well as hard as I tried not to comment here, I have been a Resident for about 5 Years and have  attended many Board meetings, and after meeting and hearing Faye their is no way she should have been appointed yet elected to the board,


 She is very stuffy and is just another to cozy up to the current board..


WHAT experience does she have..NONE !!!  


She was a flight attendant, Maybe she could volunteer to serve coffee at meeting rather than be in the meeting, Come on people  These are the best we can do in finding a candidate..let alone appoint this woman  with no experience.We need people that have a knowledge of budget and community relations for a starter.A group of us has discussed this and are in agreement......Ms C

Censored ???

Received a long message on my phone yesterday from a Resident that is concerned that the HOA has censored the internet and wi-fi in office !!   And they were disgruntled that this website was blocked from residents...

NO PROBLEM
They are finding a way to read here the daily count of VISITORS IS CLEAR I will post audio message of this call this week for you to hear. .


This also falls into play when Janet Fritiner  said at Last board meeting that residents were looking at adult sites in Biz center and wanted it stopped! Is she the morality police here lol...

.Now I am not here to discuss anyones moral ideas AND TO EACH HIS OWN  BUT  if an adult that lives here should have the freedom to seek any website they like
WE ARE ALL ADULTS !!  


NEXT PROBLEM IS WHY IS ANYONE TRACKING WHERE YOU PEOPLE GO ON THE INTERNET HERE!!!!  

Also same gentleman expressed he was retaining  a lawyer to dispute the no cable dishes and seems from his message he has the facts to proceed..Our budget needs no surprises and legal action could affect it WE need to get the Board in order here 1st off to keep things working here...and that is in your hands soon !! Thanks  appreciate the info


I (Webmaster) have offered my computer exp to the board at the meeting and no one wants someone willing to volunteer to get office center up to par

    If Anasazi was a ship, my wife would be a plank owner. She is one of the few original owners (perhaps I'm mistaken). She and I moved back into our unit in 1999 and have enjoyed every minute.
 
    I was surprised and some what shocked to find out Rossmore was gone. We have an RV in Forest Lakes and after May 1, I am seldom here in the valley until late October.
 
    I fully agree with you that all board members should be residents, I'll leave it to others to determine what full time is.
 
    I also don't mind that the board members make a few bucks for their troubles. However, when the guy from Florida who is an insurance broker is elected and we change our insurance carrier. who is checking that we are receiving the same value? The same applies to the change in management companies.

Late week we had  873 Visitors to this website to read about Anasazi Living.. This an average of 145 people a day, Very glad to see this site is working as it was planned and keeping Residents informed. Candidates ?? I think we ought to take some time and have a residents meeting Mr Webmaster, I think you may have a point on us taking people on the Board that should not be on the board, It is apparent that no one cares that. The Robert  does not even live here, Which is a joke in itself


 I agree with you that Izzy and Janet should make room for a new Board also We residents need at least 3 new people to help get things on a different track here o r we will be in the same sad shape as previous Board
 I agree that residents should take some time with this election in order to get us back up to par around here, Then the next step is to do something about cutting costs incurred by current management company we have Thank You

Just arrived from Alberta 2 day ago. Went to the Game Room to play Ping Pong with my wife last night and found out there is no Ping Pong Table anymore? 


Some nice ladies in the Club House said it was removed in June and has not been replaced. They then told me to read about what has been going on here at Anasazi on the residents web site since we left in April.
What has happened here since June? New Management Company that has been fired by other developments! Community Manager and helper that have no respect in the community! How did this happen?


 What is the Board doing to represent the owners concerns? The Board works for the property owners not the management company. The community manager works for the property owners. If the property owners want the management company and the staff removed, it is up to the board to handle it.
 When is the residents meeting? Before the Feb meeting?

Laura Ziff, is also Laura Lentin, who is Director for Medical Marijuana Inc.
 Is the owner of AAM also an advocate for the legalization of drugs in this State???? 
Should Anasazi be supporting this????

 I will let you decide. I wanted to see if what I heard was true 

so I went out to the Arizona Corporation Commission website. 
The name of the company is "Medical Marijuana Inc"

Answer to Shower Water Temperature Problem

If you are one of the many experiencing your shower water changing from hot to cold suddenly, The answer and fix is easy and inexpensive, It is a part called shower valve cartridge and it is available at Home Depot for $17.60 and it took me less than 15 minutes to replace..If you have any questions you are free to contact me. Was going to hire someone ..But quite simply it was a simple job and I am No plumber lol  Thanks again  Webmaster
