A resident apparently came out with a gun and threatened him. Police was called and to my understanding there were a bunch of officers here yesterday. I'm getting this from a resident who saw all the commotion yesterday. Just an FYI

Question: Who is afraid and why are the board members afraid to fire Wayne and AAM LLC?
Answer: Wayne and the board all work for the same employer AAM LLC not the homeowners. AAM pays better than current Board Members salaries.

Nothing about Birchmore being removed for missing 5 meetings in a row, going on 6.

More empty do nothing statements coming from Brian and more empty promises coming from Wayne.
How about a Police report reporting all the arrests and illegal activities going on on this property!

Mr Webmaster, It has come to my attention, that we have a resident here that runs a personal taxi service! It seems she hit someones car on the freeway, did stop, but would not give him, her info and took off. She bought the car from a elderly Lady here at Anasazi, now this Lady is being held responsible for this bimbos action. It is clear the taxi lady {Building 10} never registered the car in her name. The topper to this is the taxi lady drinks heavy and takes pain pills. My point is, people should beware of riding with this person.
