UPDATE FROM OFFICE


DUE TO AN UNFORESEEN ISSUE WITH POOL 4,  POOL 2 WILL BE HEATED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

This whole property has MAJOR ISSUES. Have you looked at the Waterfall at Pool #2? Big holes in it and it has not worked for the last 18 months! How would you like overlooking pool #2 with that eye sore waterfall thinking I am paying the same $300.00 per month as the people overlooking pool #5 and this is what I get!!!!! Here are the BIG ISSUES:

* Sewage Lines and Plumbing Line
breaks everywhere on the
property.

* Fire Marshall Issues. No
emergency lightning on floors
in elevators or emergency
stairwells. No lit EXIT SIGNS
with battery back ups anywhere.

* Pool 2 and 4 issues

* Auditing of the books! Where is
money. No independant audits done
in YEARS!!!!!!!

* AAM LLC as our Management Co.

All of the above should be on agenda for this weeks HOA meeting.
