1. Did you see the letter instructing the short term renter to just follow someone in thru the front gate? ......... (Webmaster answer Yes
2. Did you see who wrote the instructions? .............NO
3. Did you see what unit the short term renter was going to? ............NO
4. Do you know who owns that unit? ...................NO
There are very short term renters in Bldg 9 and 10 right now and they are proud off it!
Said you can find 3 day rentals at Anasazi on the internet thru rental agents that work Anasazi.
I am afraid you are spinning your wheels on short term rentals.
No board member or any other absentee owner cares or wants to give up the money. $$$$$
HOA rules and regulations are not being followed and no one cares! Until there is a board member in place that does care.....nothing is going to change.
At the October meeting ask board members if they or their rental agents rent their units for less than 30 days at a time.
What happened Thursday night is a perfect example why all rentals must go through the office during regular business hours. Renter shows up at office to get:
1. Keys to unit
2. Temporary parking permit
3. Office verifies rental contract is at least 30 days
4. Verify receipt for 30 day rental
We are living at a Hotel !!!!!! We are paying $300.00 per month to run a hotel for weekend renters and owner that do not believe in or abide by the HOA rules and regulations.

Doesn't board members Janet and Izzy live at Pool #5 and very part time resident board member Faye live at Pool #4?
I am sure Wayne's decision was completely Objective and showed NO FAVORITISM!
