Cable Issues


Hi, has anyone had the problems I'm having with Ygnition?  Everyday around 4:40 and 5:10 PM, the cable goes out with a message "Signal Lost, then another message telling me that, then a 3rd message with another message. 

 I finally got through to their Support, and this really nice guy stated someone would be there to fix it within 2 days. He came on Wednesday last week, and stated he had to do a lot of maintenance with the boxes, but should now be good to go.  Wrong!!!!  

Everyday now, it goes off for just a minute with the same message, then comes on again.  Does this for about an hour then finally goes away.  I called again on Friday, got a support person who stated someone would be there to fix it.  Wrong.  I called again yesterday afternoon and got the same person, and she stated she is checking with dispatch and someone would be there to fix it by today.  Will see.  So, if anyone is having issues, Ygnition knows about it
