Saw the posting about pool furniture. Someone would have to go thru the records but we used to have the pool furniture frames painted at a auto body shop. It was much cheaper than having a pool furniture company do it.
For the broken straps, we used to buy the strap material by the role from Sundrella. Then I would put the new straps on. It's not an easy job, I would think one of the maintenance guys could. The important thing is to have the strap material warm when you do it. On cold days, I would put the straps in the hot tubs!
Again, this is much cheaper than having it professionally done. But, you have to keep up with it. If no one has done it since Rossmar left it could be a big project. This was what I used to do it at least once monthly. Also the cleaners should be waxing the straps with car wax. It helps keep them clean and protects them so they last longer.
Also, regarding the savings on landscaping.... Wayne will have to keep an eye on the new company too. Anyone can cut grass....the most important thing is that irrigation checks are done monthly. Did anyone ever find the irrigation remote....if it's there, great....will make the landscapers' job much easier....if it is gone....I'd be asking the question.......

This posting from a former crew member is exactly why AAM, Wayne and this staff should be replaced!
The old staff still cares more about us then this current staff.
This is a example of how the former community manager and staff keep things clean, neat and repaired, and always had open communication with the residents. Not only did they do a great job, they also put the residents needs and concerns FIRST!
The problem is the 4 people who were let go by Wayne have not been replaced. Frannie, Cindy, Jake and Frannie son were always keeping up the property, pools, flower beds and REPAIRING THE POOL FURNITURE! Since the above 4 have not been replaced ( But we do have 2 in the office doing nothing that we did not have before Roe & Wayne) no one is available to repair or replace the broken pool furniture!
Former crew member, ask for your position back...WE NEED AND MISS YOU! Best thing that could happen.
We can't get former crew members back unless the residents and owner take Anasazi back!! We need to run the property ourselves and hire our own Property Managers who have the personalities to do the job!!
