Just curious about Faye on Board??  After watching her act like a bumbling idiot at meeting the other day was too much, She just sits like a bump on a log, Who appointed this lady...She has no clue what to do here and it is very apparent, All she does is wait to make a motion! and every time is at the wrong time??  And she is on Board till 2015, This is my first time commenting here and was reluctant in the beginning ..But now I see what you all are up in arms about , After looking at terms of Board I agree we start with Brian as his time is up first and from conversations he does not live here full time any longer either..I agree with my neighbors this Board has had enough of a chance

AAM is doing a vrey good job.   The grounds look beautiful, there are finally flowers on the shrubs and they are taking mighty good care of the pool areas as well.   The staff they have hired for cleaning and pool maintenance are also doing a great job.   They also do not waste money.    Can't you see it ?    Open your eyes or better yet -  why don't y'all  run for the Board !!  Then you would have at least some control.   Because right now you have NONE !   Just the blog.  Blog blog blog.

At the next board meeting we need to make a motion (By the Owners) to put into the CC&R's the following. Any future board member must:

* 2 be on the board U must live
on the property 12mo. (Izzy mo.
means months)out of the year.

* U must attend every scheduled
board meeting. ( Emergencies
will B an acceptable excuse)

* Realators, Insurance Salesmen
Rental Agents need not apply.
This is not their private Piggy
Bank.   

Someone make the motion, it will be seconded. The time has come 2 move out Izzy, Brian, Janet, Burchmore ( Anger Problems)

Time 2 take back our community and have common sense residents on the board.
My vote is " Webmaster 4 President "

Mrs. D. I believe their is a "HUGE" silent majority here at Anasazi that is awakening that feels exactly the way you do! The residents have reached a breaking point....Mr. Webmaster you "MUST" get this silent majority together at a meeting and move forward.

Attending board meeting is like watching those RIP OFF TV evangelists fleese the flock!

Mr. Webmaster, strike while the iron is hot! Put a real movement together and get rid of (Impeach) these clowns! Izzy first then Robert. You have the support to make this happen...

Reply to Marta. Look out you back door and see:

* Dead Pine Trees
* Dead Lawns
* Dead Plants not being replaced
* Cactus Garden, plants getting
no water, water has been turned
off.
* Filthy parking lots
* Dumpsters overflowing
* Waterfalls rotting away and not
working

Where is the Spring grass seed planting? Where is the Airiation of the lawns so the water will get to the roots of the grass? Where is the fertilization of plants and lawns? The soil should be wet 2 to 3 ft" down this time of year to get everything going for Spring and Summer.

The GARDEN GUY from Channel 3 needs to visit Wayne and fill him in on how to take care of this property!
