HARD TO ARGUE..They Have A Point !!

Mr. Webmaster, YOU HAVE THIS BOARD AND AAM EMPLOYEES FIGURED OUT!
I to immediately picked up on Izzy's comments on Maintenance (Cleaning Crew) and Landscape Budgets.
Interesting that Cleaning Crew is "OVER BUDGET" and Landscaping Budget "UNDER BUDGET"

Spending more money on Cleaning Crew that is doing nothing.  No wonder Lawns are dead, Wayne is not watering, fertilizing and we have to live with all the dead lawns and trees. BUT......
Come October all will start to be fix for the "VISITORS"  Per Wayne, Trees will be trimmed and dead trees removed in October.  Car Ports will be cleaned and even high pressured washed in October.  

Lawns will be seeded, watered and fertilized starting in October.  New locks and new gate keys will be changed and new keys issued in October.  

When Rossmar and Marianne were here the property looked great all year around! Everything did not revolve around October and the "VISITORS"
What is so magical about October and the "VISITORS"  We live here all year around! 
*** The AAM lady that the resident (Barbara) put in her place must be told to not come back!   Why is she  there at all speaking down to us and interrupting the meeting.
*** Background checks put on hold!  Of course, might reveal stuff about the wrong people!
*** Board has no clue about junk cars, pool jumpers, non-resident cars and motorcycles stored on this property.  Why would they "THEY DO NOT LIVE HERE AND SEE IT"  

When you bring it to there attention they insult you by saying we never hear that or see that.  Example Brian Mcbride supposely talking to 3 people who never see pool jumpers or X residents using the pools and clubhouse.
*** Notice how "MAJOR" plumbing issues (Sewage Breaks) was skipped over!
*** Gentleman resident has it right. AUDIT THE BOOKS by independent third party.  NOT AAM AUDITORS!
*** Pool security during the Summer months.  You do not have to pay the Police $40.00 per hour for 4 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday!!!!!!  Adjust Roe's and Wayne's schedule so Roe works Noon till 4 PM on Saturday and Sunday 1 week and Wayne the next week.  

This way they can patrol the pools and keep the business office open on the weekends for the residents use. 

 These people are "EMPLOYEES" of ours. 

 If they do not like keeping us safe and us having access to the business center.....then get 2 new "EMPLOYEES"  Wayne Yurk is salaried so he can work 60 per week if needed.  Rose Puma 32 hours during week with 8 total hours on the weekends. 

Just need someone with BIG B---- to tell them how it is.

Thank you for the time and pictures and I did bring this up at Board Meeting along with many other Residents, WAYNE HAS PROMISED!
To get our lawns back in order.. But it will be easy for all to see if he keeps promise, I believe by the intensity of last meeting..Both Wayne and Board Know the residents are hot on their heels.If not the next Board Meeting we will be Motioning for Removal of Board

TIME WILL TELL ALL !

I do agree with you that may out of towners or "Our Winter Visitors" are not keeping an eye on things...They have trusted a Board that does not live here either...Their Stupidity can and will cost them money in the long run...

THE AMOUNT OF SUPPORT I AND THIS BLOG RECEIVE IS AMAZING AND I AM VERY THANKFUL TO YOU ALL...SO MANY OF YOU CAME AND TALKED AND THANKED ME AT MEETING.And the MANY of you who have asked me to RUN 4 BOARD......Still feel proud to be a Anasazi Resident thanks to you all.........

Maybe the Board smartens up and Starts with asking Robert Burchmore and Faye Roberts to STEP DOWN !!

AND APPOINT A COUPLE OF US WHO LIVE HERE FULL TIME AND HAVE ANASAZI AS OUR FULL INTEREST ??
