Has the current board members

Mr Webmaster. 

Has the current board members or any previous board members been subject to a Federal, State or County background check?

Has current employees of AAM or any paid vendors employees working on this property been subject to a Federal, State or County background check?

Why now is it so important when it "NEVER" was a priority before 1 week ago?

I do not believe one word this board or AAM has to say about anything and sure would not trust them doing background checks on anyone and the results they say they received.  

In my opinion your documentation of the conflict of interest that goes on with this board excludes them from making any decisions.  This conflict of interest has to be followed thru on and anyone in that position must be asked to leave or be removed.

You sir have my vote for a board member position and will campaign for you.  

Someone has to be a check and balance on the board and make the right decisions based on all owners interests not just the board members interests.
