Mr. Webmaster.

Do you have any idea what the hourly rate the cleaning crew gets?  $10.00 / $15.00 p/hr. ????

$1,500.00 p/week equals this many people per week depending on hourly rate.

If $10.00 then $10.00 x 8 hours = $80.00   p/day p/person = 19  people working every week.

If $15.00 then $15.00 x 8 hours = $120.00 p/day p/person =  13 people      "         "        "

Have you or anyone else seen 13 to 19 people working on this property everyday?  I haven't !

I bet this is what is happening.  The board and Wayne are not hiring these people to clean.  


The board hires AAM who then pays a third party to supply labor (Cleaning Crew).  


The third party is probably charging AAM ( Our Money HOA Fees) $30.00 p/hr. p/person.  Cleaner get $15.00 p/hr and third party gets $15.00 p/hr p/person for supplying the labor.

$30.00 p/hr. x 8 hours = $240.00 p/day p/person

$240.00 p/day p/person = 6 people working every week.

Do you or anyone else even see 6 people working on this property everyday cleaning?

I am sure Frannie, Jake or Sindy were not being paid $30.00 p/hr to clean buildings!

WHAT IS THE $1,500.00 per week BUYING US?  Wayne and the board needs to explain at next HOA meeting!

ACCORDING to HOA BUDGET  (SEE BELOW PIC)

Our cleaning crew gets $71,940 a year  which breaks down to

$276.00  A DAY

$1380.00 A WEEK

$5520.00 A MONTH


Believe me 2 People could do the job and do it right in 2  -8 hour days


But we pay 3 and you say it takes 3 PEOPLE  40 hours a week to CLEAN THE HALLS

SO YOU DECIDE IS OUR MONEY IS BEING WASTED FOR SWEEPING OF CARPETS AND SHINING ELEVATOR WALLS NOPE WE GOT SCREWED AGAIN

         The contracts here from AAM are devastating our Budget

The BIG problem is Winter Visitors say its a lot of hoopla or Dont have a clue what is going on here while they are away ..Wait till you get here and live the Experiences we have all Summer...Dont Shrug it Off   Your Time is Coming..   Need to Join in before you come back and realize you all live in a Mid Grade Apt Complex......With Rising HOA FEE'S..That are virtually going to make ever selling here impossible

People dont pay $302.00  HOA Fee's a month to live in  a Apartment Setting!

Thank you Mr. Webmaster for supplying the exact budget numbers.

It does look like we are paying $30.00 p/hr. for each cleaning crew person.  If the crew person is getting $15.00 p/hr. then where is the other $15.00 p/hr. going?

We are paying the Landscape Co. $140,000.00 p/yr. for what?  The grass is dying, the trees have not been thinned and trimmed in 2 years, cactus garden plants are dying and I do not see anyone planting new plants or flowers on the property!  

Are we paying $140,000.00 p/yr. to cut the dead grass every Friday?

$140,000.00 divided by 52 weeks = $2,692.00 to mow the dead grass every week?????  Are we getting anything else from these people to justify $2,692.00 per week?

Some one on this board and Wayne have to explain these charges and lack of services we get for all this money.

If you look at that budget sheet..YOU will also see WE PAY A TREE PRUNER  $16,000 A YEAR

That Is $333.00 a Week ..


Who PRUNED WHAT TREES ?????


Besides 2 different tree trimmers  one under 10 ft the other over 10 ft
also separate salaries  ???  YET ALL TREES ARE IN NEED OF HELP!


NOBODY PAYING ATTENTION ??  TILL ITS TO LATE!


This is a Big Part of Budget..Many similar Things if you REALLY LOOK AT IT
