Here is letter from Board of Directors.....All the things that need repair here that we do not have a budget for and we are giving away $1500.00 And you wonder why this Board needs to be replaced
Why should we reward something that has and needs to be done ??? Just Stupidity
PLUMBING UPDATE RAFFLE
Three raffles will be held with each winner receiving a prize in the amount of $500.00. The drawings
will be held on October 31, 2012, November 30, 2012 and December 31, 2012.
Homeowners completing the plumbing updates by October 31, 2012 will be eligible for all three raffles. Those
completing the plumbing updates by November 30, 2012 will be eligible for the November and
December drawings
and those completing the plumbing updates by December 31, 2012 will be eligible for the December drawing.
The Board of Directors sincerely appreciates the cooperation of the Anasazi homeowners.
The updating of the plumbing components will greatly reduce the flooding issues and thereby help to
support the wonderful Anasazi lifestyle.

The HOA fees here are exuberant and we are giving money to residents that should be following a procedure that should benefit us all...Forget giving away our HOA money to entice,,,
