C.O.P. WORKS

So after the story last week about the middle age couple in the Silver Tundra that come use our pool every nite......WE CAUGHT THEM !!

We then Called our Fine Security here who was there in seconds, 

After hearing him talking to the people ..they stated they clean and take care of a Condo here and use the pool for themselves...

They were explained rules by Security and asked to leave a
and not return...

Thank You Police Security...We have one source here we can always count on!

NOW THE BIG QUESTION...They still have key like many many others here..Do WAYNE AND ROE Do their job and follow up...We need to start enforcing rules here!!  Fining Owners  etc 

THEY READ THE NEW TRESPASSING SIGNS AS THEY WALK IN EVERY NITE USING KEYS EVERYONE AND THEIR SISTER HAVE

WE DON'T, If a few residents look out their patios in each building..It is easy to see all in the fish bowls we live in, You all know when their is a strange face at your pool  or something suspicious !!  JUST PICK UP PHONE AND REPORT IT..VERY SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE AND BEST OF ALL ANONYMOUS AND SAFE! 

Now if Wayne, Roe, AAM and the Board start doing their job, Many of these issues can be prevented ...But are not being addressed !!!

Horror Story

A story you are missing .... this started last weekend and has turned nasty


You likely have missed a great opportunity to record and report on a sewer
pipe breakage and leakage in unit 117B, Bldg.
11. The case is very similar
the one I encountered in April this year except that that AAM is trying to
get by with band aides. 


 The unit is rented and managed through the infamous
real estate fellow(Michael Blau)
that is known to rent any place from a day to a week

He has been harassing, using vulgar words and intimidates the renters,
including calling them "low life" because they are not will willing
temporarily relocate on their own money to the hotel next door.  
The issue
is that it is the entire problem of the HOA, the sewer pipe is within the
wall, and damage caused by the sewage leakage outside the wall is also an
HOA problem. 


The renter does not owe anybody a dime but this area estate
fellow thinks otherwise.  The Health department also visited at noon
today.

Remove the Trees and the Lawns!  Don't we have a say whether we want trees and lawns? 
If you never want to spend money on Landscaping remove all the lawn areas and all the trees and let the property revert back to the natural desert landscape that the desert is.  The cactus garden already looks that way!  Everything dead looking.
Who is going to pick up all the dog s--- in the rocks?  The residents do not pick it up now and there is no staff to pick it up. 
One bad idea after another coming from this board.  Wonder if Faye, Brian and Birchmore have no trees, no grass and rocks all over their property where they live.
What does this board really want Anasazi to look like and become.  It already is a mid-level rental complex ( Cheep Rents ) with terrible plumbing problems.  Do they want to lower it even lower?  Section 8 housing?  Owners will make out like bandits if that happens.  The state paying the rents for the tenants....guaranteed income for us owners?????
