Halfway through the yearly budget....Where do we stand? First half recap needed!
Landscape budget, Tree Trimming budget and Maintenance (Cleaning Crew) budget.
Are we on budget for the above budget items? Are we below budget? Are we over budget?
How much money have you spent so far on the above budget items?

If we are on budget then we are not getting anything for our money. Property looks HORRIBLE!
If we are below budget, then spend the money and get property back to Rossmar standards.
If we are over budget...then real questions need to be asked.
Please bring us up to date at Thursdays meeting.
