This can be controlled if Wayne and Roe staggered their schedules. Wayne works on Saturdays from noon till 4 PM and Roe works on Sundays from noon till 4 PM. This way someone is always here on the weekends and the business office can also be open for the residents use on the weekends.
Lock the Clubhouse down after 4 PM on the weekdays and all day on Saturday & Sundays. Residents with keys can enter thru the Patio Entrance. Something has to be done to stop this!
I have never seen anything like this in any community I have ever lived in. No one on the board or management company cares about securing the owner assets and investments. Words cannot describe the lack of urgency and caring by this board and management company. When you think it can't get any worse around here it does!!!!!!!

Mr. Webmaster. Attached you will find pictures of Clubhouse Patio Entrance taped open so intruders have access to the Clubhouse and the Pool #1. Will you please send to every board member, AAM and Wayne. This is absurd.
I took these pictures at 2:00 PM Sunday afternoon. We pay over $300.00 per month to use our amenities while anyone off the street can walk in the front door of the Clubhouse any time day or night, watch TV, use the restrooms walk out to Pool #1 and enjoy themselves.

We brought this to WAYNE'S attention many time and I have also spoke with Security Staff..They Agree !!!..NO REASON WHY FRONT DOORS OF CLUBHOUSE ARE NOT LOCKED AT 5PM !! Everyone that needs access has a key to go in through Pool 1
We are seeing the SAME PROBLEM every weekend and No one here is smart enough to figure it out! BUT WE HAVE! ...LOCK THE FRONT CLUBHOUSE DOOR WHEN YOU LEAVE ROE AT END OF DAY..AND 75% OF POOL 1 PROBLEMS WILL BE SOLVED
Now the next excuse will be WHAT ABOUT CLUBHOUSE RENTAL ??
EASY SOLUTION THEY LEAVE A DEPOSIT FOR KEY TO GET IN....

Wanted to comment on the pictures that I saw on the blog. What a disgrace. The grounds in the pic with the healthy trees looks so beautiful and the other two look so run down. I thought Anasazi was a beautiful place and that was before I saw what it used to look like.
I know I am only a renter but I am a good renter. I love the area and would like to continue to rent long-term. If the association fee is being squandered on "who knows what" then I would definitely not buy here.
I think someone really needs to look into what the money is being spent for. Someone, is either spending the money on services they are not receiving or are not spending the money on Anasazi at all. To me it sounds like Fraud...isn't that the right word?
Where people pay into an association only to find out that the person in charge of the money has been pocketing it or spending it on things other than what it was intended for??? I'm not making any accusations but in my opinion and from reading the blog, I think it's terrible what is going on in such a, or what could be a beautiful community.

Talked with 9 very very nice people at 2 pools this weekend and all were here for the week, Yes I was very kind as they had no clue that we were being used, BUT The FACT remains the amount of short term renters is increasing at a large rate ..Sad for the value of your Units
