In my opinion any board member that uses Anasazi as a source of income has a conflict of interest.
Board members that are Realtors, Realtor's Spouses, Insurance Agents, Leasing Agents, Rental Agents making decisions based on income from the sale of or renting of property has a conflict of interest and should be removed for conflict of interest.

This happens in business decisions and legal decisions everyday. People are asked to resign or are let go for violating conflict of interests everyday. Board decisions have to be made that protect all the owners interests not just the board members personal ( Business or Income generating) interests.
We will see next Thursday if any owner puts that motion forward during their "3 Minutes" permission to speak. If you do put it forward I am sure it will be seconded! It will be interesting to see what the board's reaction will be to the owners motion.
If nothing else changes the President of the Board should be required to be a permanent resident all year around ( Live on the property ).
That way president can see what goes on here, ( does not go on here) everyday all year around and can be here for all board meetings.
Owners need a hand out to give to the board with pictures and blog comments from the last month.
Last meeting Brian and Janet said they have never heard (calls or conversation) or read anything (e-mails) about how bad cleaning crew is. They also said not aware of blog and never reads blog. He said "WHAT BLOG" are you talking about!

NOW IN CLOSING, It really shows this Board really has no concern what you think and it shows by their ignorance,
If they were as SMART as they thought They would have kept this property were it was when 98% here were happy,Me Included !! But in the rush to make money here our Board members who sell insurance and Real Estate etc ..HAVE LET THE PROPERTY SINK..
IF THEY WOULD HAVE KEPT THIS PLACE UP ..EVERYONE WOULD STILL BE HAPPY AND NOT PEERING INTO THEIR CONFLICT OF INTEREST ..HONESTLY

IT IS TOO LARGE TO BE MANAGED BY A BUNCH OF AMATUERS. ..THE REASON WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN FOR THEIR REPLACEMENT IS BECAUSE OF SOME SORT OF DISAGREEMENT BETWEEN MARIANNE AND ROSSMAR AND BECAUSE OF OUR CONTRACT WITH ROSSMAR WE WOULD BE UNABLE TO HIRE HER..
TO ME THAT IS NOT A GOOD ENOUGH REASON TO FIRE A GOOD MANAGEMENT CO.THAT ANASAZI HAS HAD SINCE IT'S INCEPTION..IN THE 18 YRS. I HAVE LIVED HERE I HAVE SEEN MANAGERS COME & GO
....SOME GOOD....SOME BAD AND ANASAZI REMAINED THE GREAT PLACE ...PRIVATE MANAGEMENT IS NOT THE ANSWER FOR OUR COMMUNITY..THERE ARE MANY HORROR STORIES OF COMMUNITIES TRYING PRIVATE MANAGEMENT WHO
ENDED UP WITH WORTHLESS PROPERTY VALUES AND NO LONGER IN EXISTENCE IN THE STATE OF AZ..IF ONE HAS LIVED IN AZ. FOR YEARS THEY ARE VERY AWARE OF THIS...
YOU NEED TO ASK FOR A MEETING WITH THE BOARD TO ASK IF THEY ARE IN THE PROCESS OF ADDRESSING RESIDENTS CONCERNS..WHAT YOU ARE ASKING FOR CANNOT BE ACCOMPLISHED IN A WEEKEND AS SOME HAVE SUGGESTED..
IF WE ARE PAYING $309 IN HOA FEES WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CLEAN OUR HALLS AND POOLS...IT TAKES MORE THAN A FEW VOLUNTEERS AND ONE MGR. TO KEEP A LARGE COMPLEX LIKE ANASAZI WORKING...E #12
