So I said I would be right down, called security they were not here yet! then called non emergency number..As the punk was leaving the pool he decided to throw more rocks in the pool , Jump the gate and run, I tried to catch them but were gone ,Before I got downstairs ...Police never arrived !! I Will Catch Him !!
Cmon WAYNE HAVE YOU NOT HEARD ENOUGH,... ..START DOING YOUR JOB...So we dont start having to !

Mr. Webmaster. Another example of neglect by the non-permanent staff working on this property.
What if a elderly person is walking around this evening and trips over this piece of equipment left in the beds falls hits there head on the curb and dies! Does any one left on this staff care?
Looks like a tool used to turn water on and off in a deep hole. Who left it there? Who is supervising anyone on this property? Why didn't Wayne find this before he left the property today? Why does a resident have to find this stuff?
Who is securing the assets that we are paying for? Board members do not live here and Janet & Dizzy never walk the property. All this evidence that gets documented thru pictures goes no where, and no action is taken. Can't get pool gate keys changed to keep out residents that have moved out but sure can leave out expensive tools to be stolen or tripped over!
