In the beginning of their reign, I received many emails from Residents That We Were Being To Hard on AAM and we should give them a chance to work the property,
WELL where are you all at now???
None of you sending those mails or comments any longer?? WHY???
The REASON is very simple AAM has been running this property for over a year now and have Dragged this property into the ground !! Plain and simple
The trees have never been trimmed in the year, The parking lots are never cleaned, Grass has turned to weeds with dirt patches, Dirt around New pavers still undone 4 months later etc etc etc!!
THEY came in and replaced all the qualified help with a daily changing outsourced crew ..Who wouldn't know their butt from a hole in the ground
We used to have a COMMUNITY here, We all knew the working crew, the Office manager was approachable. We had community functions, WE WERE A COMMUNITY !!
This Management Company has No Brains, No Personality, No Guts
What we have now is a Management company, That has brought in its own vendors to feed their pockets, We have been scammed into paying $1500 a week to have our hallways swept,We listened to Wayne tell us about how great the landscaping company he was bringing was..THEY SUCK
What you Residents need to do to refresh you memories and look at PICTURES OF ANASAZI BEFORE AAM...The proof is in front of your eyes !! Go ahead admit it..even if you hate that your agreeing with me.lol
We have also never gotten an answer as to why WE HAVE 2 PEOPLE WORKING IN OFFICE...TRYING TO DO MARIANNES JOB !!
Just wait till the HOA Fees go up in January
TO PAY for the mistakes being made by AAM Then you will all cry !! EXPLAIN ..WHAT IS ROES JOB DESCRIPTION AND WHAT IS WAYNE'S ??? 2 Salaries to add to the cleaning crew, The landscape crew, etc
I think it is verry clear for all to see and can also tell by Blog Mail The Amount of AAM SUPPORTERS HAS DWINDLED TO ABOUT NONE
This company moved in and acts like we are not there bosses, Arrogance and stupidity are king in this management company

WE NEED TO REPLACE AAM MANAGEMENT PERIOD..THEY HAVE DESTROYED WHAT WE CALL HOME
SO FOLKS Loook off your patios and see how bad the Grass or so called Grass looks, The Pools that are never running, the Mudholes every where, Holes dug up all over property, The trees that are untrimmed clogging pool filters, The amount of money spent for non matching pool furniture, ..THE LIST IS LONGER THAN SANTAS
I PERSONALLY DO NOT FEEL SAFE ANYMORE WITH MY HOUSE KEYS IN OFFICE WITH THIS CREEPY CREW WE HAVE... THAT HAS ACCESS TO OUR HOMES.. ..
1 YEAR LATER AND THE BOTTOM LINE IS
AAM MANAGEMENT COMPANY MUST BE REMOVED
But that will bring another story of how YOUR HOA BOARD SOLD US OUT AND THEN MOVED OUT...

WAYNE! Be prepared to show us your Degree in Engineering at the next HOA / Board Meeting. What school of higher learning did you attend and graduate from, and what discipline did you receive your Engineering Degree in?
You will be asked to prove Brian's and your representation of your Education and Engineering background.
Not hard to do if you really have that degree.
