Ok Ok Board Meeting Results !1

Well as usual it was another one of those meetings of doing nothing, (Dont know what our Board spends 25 hours a week doing ???)

Well it started of with them discussing a new landscape contract, of which Wayne seeemd to have under control, But 20 minutes of Izzy asking what weed control is, Basically Wayne saving us about 15,000 a year with new company, and more services including the trimming of tree;s which is must needed..

Then they decided we are going to use a second company to collect delinquent accounts here, Although another AAM sponsored company, Not sure how good that is that everty thing is in AAM'S  back pocket ?? Just fuel for thought!!...As usual Faye tried to make a point about nothing and we still dont know where she was headed!!
Her BIG Idea was to start weighing Dogs ?? Told her my dog is 40 lbs and have medical note she responded cocky about fakes, when asked her if she was referring to me she put her Tail back between her legs.......  Maybe after the Tree field trip..., She can appropriate a Scale.

IZZY had one suggestion......RAISE HOA  TO PAY FOR POOL SECURITY !!   ..REALLY???


NOW down to the things your Board was going to provide you
Meet and Greet with Officers  ??  NO


They decided Wayne will put a community Block Watch together when the Board returnd in the fall ??   ..Now in defense of Wayne, He never asked for a Block Watch Meeting ,No one has even showed interest in Block Watch, It was started by Residents that JUST WANTED A MEET AND GREET WITH OFFICERS HERE


Instead the Board disregarded your thoughts again, They are supposed to represent us not vote against You.


When asked about Parking Tickets written, They had no answers and basically said park where you want,
Roe did take the time to explain why the fine system here is not working and she made great points, and actually its the Board that needs to take action to correct !! and they said they would look into it ?? OK ! 


And Brian always has some half cocked answer, whether he just met an arborist or today a HOA with same problem   Enough of the Bull shit Bryan We have all caught on !!! You used to have a concern here and I supported you relentlessly on this Blog,   But it must be that you are no longer going to be a resident So Hell with the rest of us!! Your Arrogance of late would have gotten you knocked out in my neighborhood growing up.... Enough from our Board benefiting from their Board Positions.......Real Estate Sales, Insurance Sales etc..Majority of our Board from Real estate or insurance sales........I come from Chicago Politics  .YOU CANT FOOL ME !!   Stop Using Anasazi for Your own benefit !!


Pool Security: Was on Agenda !!   Not Happening either
WONDER WHY THEY CALLED THE MEEETING ?? 
I dont either !!


Maybe just another chance to look stupid before they all go home and leave Anasazi


SEEMS LIKE IF YOU ARE A Part Time Resident YOU GET ALL THE PERKS..Park where you like, don't care about pools.....,But Board makes sure in the fall when they return all is up to par, We need a full time board and that's the BOTTOM LINE


WATCH TOMORROWS POST ON HOW BOARD SCREWED RESIDENTS WITH PAVING BLOCKS      ..THIS YOU WONT WANT TO MISS !!..This may result in Legal Action $$$
