Residents Observations

As a resident who attended meeting last nite
OBSERVE AND REPORT is what the Citizens Patrol is all about.

While you are walking the property and see Fence Jumpers, Cars being broken into, people with glass in the pools, naked people in the pools, sex in the pools, someone jumpimg off the Waterfalls, drug deals going down and whatever else is happening on this property day and night.......




OBSERVE AND REPORT! Do not challenge anyone, just OBSERVE AND REPORT.
Wayne and Roe are usless during the day. Either never here or will not come out of the office, but our Police presence is here at night so call them and tell them what you observed.

VISITORS! If you lived here all year around you would never put up with what we put up with all year.

This morning observed a man propping gate open with Big Rock Pool 3 and then walking to his condo, I asked him not to leave rock in gate and he waved me off.Saying he had a few thing to carry to pool....


So I did call office and Roe went to pool immediately, 
So it shows if you all stay on top of things and on office we can prevent these kinds of intrusions and safety hazards...Citizens on Patrol..Yea

Wayne. 

Please clear up the Degree question at the next board meeting. When Brian first introduced you to us he was so proud of your Engineering Degree and your extensive background and experience in Engineering. He was so proud to have a Engineer on staff to fix the problems on this property.

Please bring you Degree and what school of higher education you attended and graduated from. This way we can really see who is telling the truth. You, Brian or the residents.

Looking forward to you clarification at the next board meeting.

PLEASE PEOPLE it seems nothing Wayne or Roe does makes you happy. You are a bunch of nit pickers. If You buy any thing today, it is always written in English and Spanish. So how are the signs racial profiling??? Think maybe you all have to much time on your hands! If someone was to kiss you butt you would bitch they didn't do it right or not in the right place. Give it a break. And who the heck cares what kind of degree Wayne has, he is still a human being and may have more up stairs then you. Know a lot of people, even family that have all kinds of degrees but no common sense. It,s because of people like you that no one shows up at meetings. Thank You for calling Roe about pool gate, Mike. The person who propped the gate open should pile his things up out side of the gate then open it doesn't take a lot to figure that out. Bet he has a degree.lol Maybe people like him should be banned from pool area. AS for signs in Spanish, You don,t have to have darker skin. Their are a lot of Spanish,Hispanic and Mexican people who are whiter then I am and have blue eyes and blonde hair. And how junking and ghetto would it be to put up more signs in French, German etc. For the one that wants Wayne to bring his degree to the next meeting, I'd tell you to shove it. DO YOU HAVE ONE??

Webmaster says...I am starting to believe No one wants a solution other than me which has me with thoughts of stopping blog a while till the complainers that write in and never show up, Or attempt to help, I have worked hard to see this community has a voice But many of the Voices are weak people and some of the most weak men living here i have ever encountered The ladies here are the tough ones lol Will keep you apprised of my decision

Obviously, the blog can start an entire new debate to cover the appropriateness of using foreign languages, just in case the anonymous contributor of the suggestion to eliminate the Spanish version happens to speak other than American English, this may qualify. Should Mr. or Ms. Anonymous have made any major purchases lately that come in a box, they may have noticed that information outside and in the user's guide found inside is typically USA-English, French (to address our Canadians up North), and Spanish for the large percentage of residents having their roots in countries below of our Southern and Mexico and South beyond. The US of A remains to be a melting pot of cultures and languages. Mike would probably like a sign in Italian, the large number of Canadians footing about half of the HOA bills may wish to add French. How's your French?
What is more important than an Arpaio stereotype language debate is an essential part that is missing, and addresses the Spanish language version, people that jump fences have become smart enough to understand English. What's really missing to serve our community properly are contact phone numbers references to the front office and the applicable police department - a 911 call will be an overkill in most cases. When the "incorrect language anonymous comment submitter" fails to recognize is that our the senior permanent residents would very likely not have the appropriate police contact phone number as a part of their favorites or contacts on their phones, mobile or landline, to connect with the appropriate, not just any, police department while being on patrol noticing something that needs police attention. Well, sex in the pool may not qualify for such a call, just close your eyes and move on in jealousy.

Therefore, please replace the Spanish sign with appropriate signs that convey the IMPORTANT telephone numbers such that a person can quickly call the entity that is most effective at the time of call, the front office or the appropriate police department. That language will take care of your concerns, Mr. anonymous.
