Just got back from a few days away...with no internet....sounds like I missed a few things!!!
I can tell you this though....Dan is not perfect but he is the best thing that ever happened to Anasazi. His maintenance knowledge is amazing.
I don't care what Wayne "thinks" he knows, the future does not look good.
I honestly do not even believe this has happened...I really don't.
I just read thru the site. The picture of the guy sleeping on the golf cart really got me....not the "guy" part but the golf cart.
You know, we used to clean all golf carts every Friday afternoon.
We enjoyed doing it and took Pride in our "ride". The one in the picture obviously hasn't seen a cleaning in a long time. And, that is exactly what is missing.....Pride.
You know, we used to clean all golf carts every Friday afternoon.
I also noticed a comment about bugs in lights. Jake hated doing it, but it was done. But we worked together to help and it got done.
We were not perfect ...but we all cared about what happened at Anasazi. It is so sad to see what has happened in a relatively short time period.
You know webmaster , this is really a shame. With Dan now gone, his knowledge has gone with him. I think the community will suffer way more than losing the rest of us put together.
If We had the support of one Board member, we could start a campaign to get Anasazi back on track....some former employees plus a couple of new ones....with a few key people, give it six months and we could be back on track.
Too many egos on the Board for that to happen though....
I thought about that golf cart all day....So Sad....I can't even imagine how everything else looks!
Saddest part of all
After reading the "stuff" posted today, it sounds like Wayne is forgetting that he works for the homeowners...not the other way around.
Thank you for keeping us posted.

Mr Webmaster
Wayne Yurk and (let me guess... Nancy Larson HR) AAM LLC certainly know what is in the best interest for Anasazi Village Residents... Don't they?!?!?!?!?
I wish the best for Dan's sweet little daughter.
It wont be long before Dan realizes, working for them is not worth it.
I absolutely 100%, miss working for Anasazi residents.
It was such a load off, not having to put up with employers like AAM LLC.
Ps. I still have my Anasazi love Vaughn Becker from PM plumbing and mechanical.
Anasazi will forever be near and dear to my heart.
