Well, the silence from all suggests that you have no interest to comment and therefore suggests to open this up to a larger forum and audience which did not happen so far giving you a fair chance to explain ..... this is just the beginning -

I happen to know where the supply line goes from a previous accident - you've got to keep "relevant" records next time you walk the property.  You can obviously cut off the entire building 11 to fix this small problem and it behooves you to add a cut off valves in strategic places

You had the chance before, now it fights you back punishing you for not learning from previous problems ... and you terminated the person who knows it all  - it will knock you out sooner than I thought possible since this minor leakage problem already stresses your very thin system.

How can anybody knock open the insulation of hot water supply lines to fix a problem with a cold water line - one has to be a genius.

You really have great ideas to solve minor problems - wait until the bigger ones comes around, and they will!

It helps to keep "pertinent records" versus recording the timely arrival of your employees, which there are few.  How can you function with more than 5 employees and without surveillance cameras?  You will be dead in the water and you are already close to it with this little leak issue.  Not to worry, the residents will pay the water bill anyway.

I gave you and the BOD a chance - you did not want to take it.

Ok folks, the meeting is over, do you think it is time to feed this to the infamous blog?  Your choice.  The water is still running, now for 4+ hours ....

Subject: Here is your 1st chance to call upon Dan ....

Hi Wayne

As you know there is a water supply leak in the pool area behind your office, see the pictures.  Apparently in an attempt to find a way to cut-off the water supply so as to not let the water run, waste all night to increase the enormous water bill, there was a hole dug close to the patio of unit 113 Blg.11.

Considering that Dan, who knows where the bones are buried was let go for reasons beyond common sense, the crew dug up hot water supply lines that were encased with polyurethane foam for obvious isolation purposes, exposing these pipes but obviously none being the one feeding the leak.

* Did not take long to demonstrate that you let the wrong guy go!*

By the way, this is a picture of the BBQ area at Bldg 11 describing what I would call vandalism - emptying one's garbage in the BBQ area.
One the folks living in this building and wanting to BBQ his food explained that this happened several times before.

You need a lot more CCTV circuitry - the place is beginning to fall out of control.  Why are there 4-6 cameras at the entrance when bad people use not monitored areas to come in and vandalize this place.

One camera for incoming, one for outgoing would be enough.

WAYNE...You do not need to monitor your employees when they show up for work, they are diligent without it.

Use the extra cameras around the pools and other common areas, such as BBQs.  This does not promote the intent to BBQ food!

I dislike to play the role of a citizen on patrol but there does not seem anybody who really cares.
