Mr Webmaster
Come over to pool 5 -
jumpers, throwing rocks in the pool 5:30PM Saturday 7/14/2012
Saturday, 2 teenage kids keep jumping from the waterfalls and throwing flagstone pieces into the pool, using the flagstone pieces to knock on the hollow waterfall structures. There were what seems to be some older couple but they could care less.
Why is there still a question that we need a roaming pool guard - this is ridiculous!

These pictures say it all and they are identifiable.......Wayne ??? ..Roe?????? Do you 2 care ?
and a different resident brought ROE the pictures on Wed and she instructed them to call 911 ???
She stated it was after Office hours.. but the Kids had been in there since 2pm ..Does she ever look out the door??
The office has no concern if strangers are here !!
THIS IS BULLSHIT PLAIN AND SIMPLE
THE BOARD DOES NOT LIVE HERE...AND NO ONE CARES ABOUT IT, YOUR ALL IGNORANT TO THE FACT
Car thefts, drugs dealers, sex in the pools at nite, AND This Board is Talking Wrist Bands ???
And then we get Pool furniture back and it does not match other furniture...looks like a ghetto mix and matched furniture, umbrella tables lacking paint, Trees not trimmed, muddy pathways and the list continues !!
Mr webmaster I know you are trying to give our office staff a fair shake, But please, even you see the things discussed here. And yet this Board will not recognize any of the residents concerns..I support you citizen patrol 100%

But as long as this Board is in control...Things will only get worse........If Residents dont see the trend by now...They never will ...Thanks for the update webmaster

We will be forming a Citizens patrol in this next week, those who may want to walk the grounds about 3pm and 7pm every day... Maybe a few around 11pm..
Great exercise and keep things secure, and a chance for a group of us to get together and yak along the way
Look forward to hearing from those interested..!!

The two kids escaped leaving an air horn and cheese snack balls next to the chair used to jump the fence.
The air horn was used as residents living close pool 5 can attest - nobody seemed to care.
The flagstone pieces used by these 2 fellows were retrieved from the bottom of the pool and placed next to the waterfall.
As another witness explained, one of the kids made the escape through jumping from the 2nd floor of the onto the turquoise couch that was put into position by one of the kids.
The HOA may get sued for "providing" such hazardous opportunity in case these kids brake legs or other parts of their body.
Just to add to the discoveries - the pool equipment room for pool 5 was left wide open, no obvious sign of vandalism luckily.
This place is falling apart in many ways - does anybody care?

This is a law suit and destruction of property waiting to happen! Residents must get their heads out of the sand and bombard Board and AAM things must change around here or they are all out!! WE owners and residents can take our property back and run it ourselves. There are plenty of people qualified and who love this place, as all of us full time residents do! The snowbirds might care when here, but not that much as this management team seems to cater to them more than the full time residents.
Anasazi now is not safe for older residents, or anyone for that matter, to walk the property at night. Not enough lighting and lights are always out. Our police make us feel protected, but cannot be at all places at all times. We see that by stolen bikes, cars broken into, people sneaking over the fences and so on. We know by talking to our officers that they are very busy and many nights run from one crime to another. It's a sorry fact that most people don't realize what goes on here. So the citizen patrol is a great idea for when the police are not here.
We need to inform the out of state owners on what is going on, they have to post rules for tenants and know rules themselves and FOLLOW them. This is not a RESORT, this is people's homes and what is going on is getting out of hand!!
Another problem is the responisbility of getting short term renters (must be at least 30 day rental, should be more)registered with card or decal for car when staying here. With ID and unit to show office when they come in. Maybe that would give Roe something to do than just sit and look out the window!
Where are the landscapers, as the grass is dying, no water, ruts and holes beside the walkways so people might twist an ankle, no one is cleaning the hallways or sweeping, tables around pools are filthy and full of ants, lights out all over the property, dark behind buildings, need walkways bricked in on common paths. This place has gone nowhere but downhill since AAM took over.
Lets band together and get everyone to write or call Board members, who don't even live here, and AAM. We must get a majority to come to private residents meeting so all problems can be discussed.
We truly appreciate our Mr. S for all he does and all the residents that are trying to make our community a proud place to live.
