Well i have been asked by many Residents the last few days about a rumor, Of which I have heard nothing !! But was stopped by 3 residents and got 4 emails to the same subject!
The Rumor flying is that AAM is going to fire the 2 most knowledgeable workers here
DAN & PETE at the end of month?
Now as I stated earlier these are the first time I had heard this myself
SO THE QUESTION IS? IS THIS TRUE
For the 7 people that sent mail in ..the general consensus would that this would be Suicide for AAM Management, I also believe it would cause a BIGGER stir than AAM wants to undertake at this time...
With them just trying to build some confidence here...this would be self destruction
After taking the time today to speak with residents concerned, I believe the drive here to remove Board would have even more backing..A NEW BOARD WOULD BRING IN NEW MANAGEMENT
So Cmon Residents, I know you are all reading from your homes out there all over America and Canada...We really need you to weigh in on this rumor...or before it happens and you have NO SAY AGAIN

Hasn't it been about 1 year since AAM and this Management Team started their planned destruction of this community?
If the above is true about Dan & Pete then the planned process is complete. The whole staff from Rossmar days will be gone.
Who will be working and doing anything on this property on a daily basic if Dan & Pete leave?
I will have to learn a third language to communicate with anyone driving a Golf Cart.
Dan and Pete must stay, AAM, the board and this management team should be replaced immediately.
If you have not walked this property lately please do so soon and see the difference between how Rossmar and Marianne keep everything beautiful and what AAM and Wayne are doing to this place.
If Wayne terminates Dan and Pete maybe he can keep going and terminate the board.
ANASAZI is out of control right now, the inmates are running the Asylum.
