Just Curious About Paving Blocks??

First off many months ago, The subject was brought up on why all buildings here did not have the same improvements!  And We were told by the Board that we needed to collect half from owners and the other half would be paid by HOA, And then also the connecting walkways would also be done as in the other  Buildings 13-16, Now we had two good men in our building collect from residents and come to find out at meeting, another lady asked the same question about the connecting walkways, Brian then said that they could not appropriate the connecting walkways at this time, So another words we got sold under false pretenses again

When I asked Bryan and other Board Members..Why their buildings were all done?? 

Brians smart ass answer was >>>Lets not start any rumors!!


Rumors??? You just know you got caught again with another FIB !

Very obvious why Board does not want me at meetings, 1st I found the discrepancy in Budget at meeting a few months ago and I catch them in a lie constantly

So now I am looking into the legal ramifications of a Board that does NOT DO EQUAL IMPROVEMENTS TO ALL BUILDINGS!!    WE ALL PAY THE SAME FEE'S WE SHOULD ALL HAVE THE SAME IMPROVEMENTS TO OUR PROPERTY ALSO

I am going to start urging you all to go on a major crusade to call and write our Board Members till they either represent us or we Remove them

I WILL PUBLISH THEIR MAILING ADDRESSES AND PHONE NUMBERS ON TUESDAY!!

SO WE CAN START TO SHOW THEM.. WE ARE SERIOUS AND HAD ENOUGH OF THEIR GAMES AND ATTITUDES..WRITE EM...CALL EM  JUST LET THEM KNOW

MaHa Webmaster. It does not matter if you have every CC&R ever written....They do not have to be inforced and this board knows it.

You have CC&R'S covering Parking, Noise, Length of Rentals, Pool Rules. These are the most visible ones and the board will not even inforce them!

The only way to get a board and this board to inforce CC&R'S is thru legal action. This board and all other boards are betting that no one will hire an attorney and take legal action against them!!!

If the board is going to spend thousands of dollars removing Pine Trees, let the trees stay another year and take that money and pave the most used walkways. (Leadership) There are simple solutions to the problems here at Anasazi, the board chooses to make everything confortational.

THEY DO NOT REPRESENT US, THEY REPRESENT THEIR OWN INTRESTS.

IMPEACH THEM!!!!!

MaHa Webmaster, Board Members & Wayne.

I walked our property yesterday and it is obivious that the Pine Trees are all dying, Pine Needles everywhere, Pine Needles in the Pools clogging the filters. The Pine Trees have to be replaced! I would start by taking every Pine Tree out that is inside the Pool Areas...Inside the fences.

Second Topic. I have a reasonable solution to the Pavers. If the Board would do 1 or 2 areas every year, in 2 or 3 years the property would be complete. 2 areas I would suggest starting with:

* Cactus Garden. All the dirts,
rocks, dust is constantly being
dragged and blown into the
parking lots and carried into
residents homes.

* Dirt walkway between Pool #1 and
the back of Bldg #11. This area
turns to mud when it rains, and
all this dirt, rocks and dust is
carried into the Pool Area of
Pool #1 when residents enter the
Pool from the gate behind Bldg #
11.

I feel this would be a reasonable solution to the paver problem. These 2 areas are common usage areas that benefit everyone. No favoriteism in the above suggestion....everyone benefits!
