One Important Note

Well there was one important thing discussed at Board Meeting Yesterday and that is ALL RESIDENTS getting their units in complete compliance with plumbing, 


This is very important that all get checklist from office, This will save much heartache with leaks and floods in units, Please check with Roe or Wayne about this checklist!

Now we can discuss Fayes thoughts that we cannot ask people at pools if they live here, She states that this is not the neighborly thing to do, But also stated that we should go to neighbors that have gotten behind in HOA Fees and ask them to pay them ??????  And you think that is the neighborly thing to do ??  That is private info the office or Board should not share...These kind of ideas just concrete the notion that this Board needs to be revamped.........Along with all the important documents they have lost from all residents????


Or the gentleman that raised a question about AAM cashing his HOA checks late and charging a fee when it was payed on time, He was refunded twice but still cant get things straight........These are important issues that need to be addressed...Can anyone do or keep paperwork here or do we keep blaming old Management even a year later ??????

Some Meeting Thoughts

Well lets start off with how the Board trying to silence the Webmaster !!  (Not Happening)


First off they have announced to me that they have no paper work from me to speak for MY CONDO !!


I have been attending meetings for 7 years... Now the blog scares them and they cant find my paperwork.....And we dont need technology here ?????/


I have called my Atty and he is faxing the original copy to me again of which I will post for all to see


The Board is going to wind up in a  lawsuit as my Family Trust is very angry that no one here can safely store important documents...How many of you have they lost papers on ??


SO I WILL POST THIS WEEKEND WHEN DOCUMENTS ARRIVE  FOR THE 3RD TIME.....AAM HAS RECEIVED 2 and Rossmar 1 copy

Now lets get to the Dog Issue and they want us all to fill out new paperwork

AND AGAIN BOARD QUESTIONED MY DOG AND LETTER FROM DOCTOR OF WHICH IS POSTED BELOW


ANOTHER DOCUMENT LOST FROM OFFICE ???  KINDA FUNNY HUH??

Faye made a comment that Marianne was too pet friendly..Well we were approved before and went through all steps needed by Management  Oct of 2010 AND now there is a problem with our dog ..NOT !! ..Which means there is nothing they can do ..He may be slightly over the 20 lbs but is a small lap dog...See many 70-100 lb dogs every day.

As for the Wristbands that idea they say is on hold, Probably because no one had any answers on how they were going to work ???


And to top it all off the BOARD PRESIDENT was a NO SHOW  ????? Great Leader?

In closing again to the Board and Management company...
You have instilled in your self that I just sit and write this blog  with my opinions??


As stated before these are comments from Residents and I am just a open forum for them to speak...It seems like you have taken a personal vendetta with me, If you read a Dear Abby column You don't yell at Abby she also is just the messenger...AND as always this blog has an on or off switch..If you dont like the comments here from residents You should not choose to read it


I have stated in the last  few weeks that I personally believe that Wayne and Roe have been on their toes and the  times I have called them with a problem they have responded immediately. I believe that their hands our tied on things that the Board needs to move on  The Tree Trimming being one of the most important....There are pine needle stacks every where..
 But scolding them for jobs that Board does not finance can not be put on their shoulders
They are always friendly with Myself and Maggie, and even tease about the blog from time to time...I believe that some of you complain but never even call or go to office?? Give them a chance to act before complaining about something they dont know about .. 


So again this is just an open forum that was asked for by many who could never get everything out they wanted in 3 minutes at a meeting


This was not designed to cause dissension between residents but many of you have strayed that way


So lets take a little more time in composing comments here
before you complain about a service here....CALL WAYNE OR ROE 


Most likely they will assist you..IF NOT THEN WRITE A LETTER HERE


One opinion I will not change personally is THE BOARD DOES NEED TO BE REVAMPED TO ACCOMMODATE  THE CHANGES AND UPGRADES NEEDED HERE

Hats off again to our Great Security, The other nite our Police again had intruders to our pools, This time it was 5 teenagers, 2 girls and 3 Boys who drove here to use Pool 5 Around 11Pm


AND THEY WERE TAKING A JACUZZI IN THEIR UNDERWEAR !!!!!!!


So again Great feeling having the great guys we have here for Security

Question, isn't the meeting tomorrow, 6/21/12? 

I agree with you whole hardly, as most of the residents do. You are doing a great job, keep up the good work and thanks for this. 

Spoke to a gal today who stated her father from Chicago back in 1980's and heard about Anasazi, came to visit and was amazed how beautiful it was. 

Sure changed since then. So, keep up the good work and let's hope we can soon get rid of this HOA group. thanks

Non-Residents should "NOT" be allowed to use our pools, clubhouse or any other facility we pay our dues for. 


Has the board made another decision without the owners imput? Do we now have a "OPEN GATE" policy here at Anasazi?

We should tell the board we are going to start putting our HOA Dues in an escrow account and not release the funds till this board starts addressing the issues the owners want done.

Everyone! Are you not finally SICK & TIRED of this absentee board, AAM &this management team?

Enough is Enough! It has been 3 weeks since our building has cleaned. Walked the property last night and found 14 large lights burned out that light up the buildings numbers or sides!

 Pool #1every light is burned out in the black stand up light fixtures. Water shooting straight up in the air from the broken sprinkler heads, broken by the new landscape crews running over and turning on the sprinkler heads, but not telling anyone they broke them!

If you as a home owner hired AAM and Wayne to do this kind of a job at your private residence YOU WOULD HAVE FIRED THEM AFTER THE FIRST WEEK. Why are we putting up with them on our property here?

Someone make a motion to get rid of AAM and Wayne at the meeting. It will be secondted.

Pool Furniture. We all knew they wouldn't be back till after the 4th. 

And for FAYE, maybe her friend Janet could have her dogs bite her (Faye) in the butt. 

Tree's need to be done asap. 

Just love using BBQ's that have bird pooh all over them, maybe we should have the Health Dept at the meeting! 

MAJOR problem here is this OLD-FART, CON-ARTIST board. Time for all of them to ride off in to the sunset.

 The important things here are water lines and fire lines, and the list goes on. 

The useless board has things a little backwards!!!

* Where does the money they collect
from Club House Room rentals go?
* Why are there 2 salaries in the
office? ( Wayne & Roe) Only one
before Marianne!
* Short Term Rentals?????
* Bldg cleaning schedule IS NOT
being followed.
* Are we paying Wayne to go boating
on scheduled work days?

So on and So on! Everyone knows this 4th of July this place will be full of short term renters peeing in the pools, proping gates open with rocks, jumping off the waterfalls and beer and wine bottles in the pool areas. 

This is real world at Anasazi and no one is addressing what the full time residents have to put up with!

What board members terms are up in Feb? Is Izzy resigning at this board meeting? 

We cannot be silent at this meeting! We must demand the same attention to this property that Brian, Angry Birchmore and Faye get at their guarded community!

REMEMBER THEY DO NOT LIVE HERE AT ALL!

Looking forward to the up coming meeting and putting Angry and Brian on defense.....

Happy Father's Day Mr. Webmaster.

Owners and residents will not sign their names to their post for fear of retaliation from Wayne! Your building do not get cleaned, grass not watered and so on.

You see at the board meeting how the owners are treated when they ask questions that the board does not want to answer. The board and Wayne are control freeks. If you are not in line with them you are singled out, called names and ignored.

The Residents Voice was the only place where 


owners and residents could voice their concerns 


and comments without fear of reprisals.....
