You know who he is and you know where he lives and you know he has been clocked at over 40 MPH on our property. (Speed Limit is 9 MPH)

Go to his place and tell him to stop speeding before this situation esculates into a resident doing something illegal to get him to stop!

I just want to respond to the exercise ladies.  

You should be ashamed of yourselves.  

Barbara and the other one, I don’t know her name.  I know that it is one of you who posted this. And I also know that you both were talking about me and my daughter the day we were at the pool.  I could see that you were irritated that we were even there.  

I would have gladly discussed the situation with you but you did not address anything. I think I’m the one who said something to you.  And because I could tell you were pissed, I asked you point blank, “What, aren’t kids allowed at this pool?”  I’m not about to keep her from talking and having fun in the water. As for splashing near people, I will make sure that I speak with her on that.  

 Barbara I’m surprised at you, befriending me and then bashing me.  I try to be friendly with everyone and both my daughter and I are nice people who love everyone.  It’s a shame that people have to be so petty.   

As for upsetting everyone, you two were the only ones at the pool.  The other times there were other children present whom my daughter played with.

Please follow the young girls lead and smile, giggle, splash and try to have that young excitement again. Remember you are in a "SWIMMING POOL" you get splashed in a pool!!!!!!

Join in the fun, it will make you feel young again. 

Just don't start jumping off the waterfalls.

Sister Mary Margaret is watching! She knows your daughter is not doing anything wrong, just being a young girl having fun. Barbara and Sandy are the 2 ladies that exercise in pool #1 all of a sudden.  You and your daughter keep showing up and enjoying the pool. If it is such a problem for Barbara and Sandy then Pool #5 will welcome them back....

Hello Michael.  Last night at about 9 PM I heard that Officer Mike Willie ( One of our Phoenix Officers) brother died.  Karen and I talked with Mike at 11 PM.  He was on duty here when he found our about his brother.  He confirmed his brother in PA died early Sunday night from a heart attack.....51 years old.

Maybe you can post something nice for one of our finest. Mike Willie is a "GOOD GUY" do anything for you and does for the older ladies at the Friday Night get together.  Walks them back to their homes.....

the 10 year old that has been in pool 1 for the last to weeks has been upsetting everyone. I myself have left the pool a number of times because of her. What your friend didn't tell you, is the girl is always screaming,yelling, jumping, and splashing other people. And guess what the Mother does?? Not a damn thing. So lets get your facts start, if you weren't there how can you say anything?? Always another side to the story.

Now this comment is ridiculous I have been in pool with the

Little girl many times last week and she is just a typical kid

Laughs, giggles and has fun.And her Mom is always present.

THE PROBLEM ??  IS THE CRUSTIES

THAT THINK THEY OWN EVERYTHING HERE

These exercise ladies do not have a special permit to have the

pools to themselves !!  They bring Dirty Jugs and Such in Pools

DOES THIS MEAN WE WILL HAVE A LIMIT ON WEIGHT ON KIDS HERE

LIKE DOGS...?????

How about all weekend and the weekend only visitors that

left the pool area a mess again, and Webmaster cleaned pool 3

all weekend again, cups, food wrappers etc Lets not worry about

residents that have children here..They are Residents also. ..My grandchildren
swim here often as many others of you
Are they not allowed to be children???  Enough is enough

Send the exercise ladies back to Pool 5...with the rest of the snobbies back there

Unfortunately we cannot stop people from peeing, spitting and blowing their snot into the pools!

Small children with diapers in the pools, or no diapers at all.

For the above reasons I will not use Pools #3 and #5 

Pool 5 has become a Bath Tub 


For about 15 people. 

Constantly dirty, cloudy water something you do not want to go in.

Keep up the good work, eventually even Denise will come around and love you and see you for the good person you are......

They are part of that wonderfully friendly community minded seperatist group that camps out at Pool #5 10 months out of the year.

Great Irish Stew! Las Vegas Tilted Kilt in the Rio Hotel is also very good.

Not only does he speed in here, when he uses the pool he blows his snot right in the pool. WHAT A PIG Guess he was never taught to use a hanky or Kleenex. Mr Cruizin needs to learn some manners. 

Does he not know that his action can cause other people to become very ill.

Yesterday morning I posted an email from a Resident about leak at pool 5 !! at 6am


At 7am Wayne, Roe Pete and Branden were on the problem and getting it repaired, So with this being said Thank you Office for watching Blog and Taking care of problem verrrry Fast, I also noticed you were looking at quicksand walkway.. Hope a solution for this problem soon also

The same situation is occuring between the back of Bldg #11 and Pool #1 !!!!! After a rain or after the sprinklers come on, you sink 5 inches into the mud!

If nothing else gets pavers these 2 areas are a must. Mud, rocks, dirt gets tracked into Pool #1 and eventually finds it way into the pool. I am sure the same is happening at Pool #3.

The board refused to chip in any money for the community 4TH of July get together again!  

Great sprit of community Janet and Izzy.

For this reason and many others the Owners cannot wait to replace you on the board with a younger, more dynamic community minded person.

Having no board is better than having these 5 on the board. WHAT A JOKE!!!!

Great Party..Big Thank You

Well again A BIG Thank You to Delores,Barb,Warren and all those who took the time to provide a great 4th of July Party Yesterday, The room was decorated very festive and the FOOOOD!! 

Was not only delicious, But enough to feed an army, 


Had the opportunity to meet a few new faces and also a large amount of Blog Reader Supporters, To all of you that attended and brought those great dishes..THANK YOU..

Now the one thing I thought was kinda of Sad was that every other year the same July 4th 
party They used to have a Grill right there for the party, All of a sudden we cannot do this anymore and the men cooking had to walk to an adjacent building to grill the food,

Now when the winter Visitors arrive they have large weekly dinner parties at pools with No one saying No

Thanks Wayne for trimming that Big Wasp Bush at gate to pool 5 It was needed and you answered the call !  NOW There is something that does need to be addressed and I believe it is a Board Issue Which Means Nothing may get done!

At a previous Board  Meeting I asked Brian about putting Bricks on connecting sidewalk behind building 5 and 2   HE stated it was not a connection walkway..OF which it is

Now the problem is it is a path of quicksand and you can tell by the 6 inch deep footprints that track mud allover outside elevator Carpets, The FUNNY THING is I watched Brians Wife walk through it the other day and BALANCE Walking on the brick border as to not fall in..Ask her!!.   Cmon maybe not Pavers BUT there has to be a temporary solution ...

Coming Next  ..When do we paint the Umbrella tops on pool Tables  that look Ghetto, Yes I know its hot ......or is this one of those projects that we do just in time for the winter visitors..Full time ones have a view of missing furniture, cracked pools and worn out umbrellas...Come October I guess thats when The Board springs into action...BEFORE THEIR ARRIVAL...I just think we can schedule things better here to accommodate all and not JUST PART TIME RESIDENTS

There is No Reason this property should not be uniform all year round and not just polished from October - March

This HOA as the Constitution Of the United States..." Of the People, By the People and For the People is completely being ignored.

If it was up to the People here at Anasazi, Angry Birchmore and the rest of this Board would have the Saddle Bags pack at heading off into the Sunset! 

The People's voice in the Country and the Peoples's here at Anasaza are being ignored! Time to take back the Country and Anasazi.

Visitors are welcome but cannot be decision makers! Year around residents should be in charge complimented by Visitors interestes!

This guy is suppose to be the representive of the community and the go to person for the residents. Hard for him to do the above when he does not live here, does not visit here and does not even drive by here!!!!!

Lets be honest now ..did you really expect for him to show, He has no care for Anasazi ..Period   ..And his actions proved it

As far as the meeting I dont know the meaning of the last, The Pool Wristbands got put on hold   (Dumb Idea)     Dogs ???  No Issue..

The most important part of meeting could have been sent to all owners BY MAIL since so many do not attend meetings

The important issues were that we ALL make sure plumbing is up to date and the other that the Fire Dept may require us to put in Flashing Smoke Detectors in every unit...Very Expensive !!!   


But No fault to Board or Management on this issue..This is a City Deal, Now Wayne is trying  hard to fight it and save the money..Will have to wait and see!!


So again Why was there a meeting of nothing ??? That is the Question !

THE NEXT BIG THING NEEDED HERE..... IS  TREE TRIMMING


We might have to call this Place ...PINE NEEDLE ESTATES
