I have talked with a group of residents that are interested in forming a citizens patrol here, Where we or a group would check pools and grounds on weekend and weekday's and just keep an overall eye on our community, ..If seeing things that are out of sort they can note or if it is emergency contact authorities,
This is just a group of friendly residents that walk the grounds normally..
This is something that does not need Board Approval!!
Just a group of Residents that are willing to take a couple hours a day to watch over what no one else is watching
(OUR BOARD DOES NOT LIVE HERE) OR SEE
Now there will be those few that never leave their house and have no clue to the antics going on here..OR question who we think we are.
To those This is something to consider, and not anything decided upon yet But a possible solution.... I look forward to those interested and will keep you posted

RESIDENT EMAIL 7/12/2012
Hello Michael. I showed Roe the picture of the young man standing on the top of the large Waterfall in Pool #1 and then jumping off. 3rd day in a row someone was jumping off the Waterfall in Pool #1. I deleted the picture, but can probably get another one today.
First 2 days it was resident kids, 3rd day it was fence jumpers. I watched them jump off the Waterfalls and then jump the fence out of the Pool Area.
Roe told me to first to call 911 when I see this going on. Later in the day she told me to call crime stoppers.
Like I am going to waste the Police Officers and 911 emergency operators time.
How about Pool Security and protecting the home owners from multi million dollar law suits to follow someone breaking their neck or dying in the non-patrolled and non-supervised pools!
I have see the same kids on the weekends in the pools. The residents kids are younger than 18 should be supervised by the owner, and the fence jumpers are 14 or 15 years old.

YES, YES, and another YES!
Would seeing a couple having sex in pool #1 Spa at 11pm qualify to be called in by a Community Patrol Person?
