Working Together ???

Well I have to say maybe some of the hard work is starting to pay off, I Notice that after some of my blog postings of a couple weeks ago, That the Anasazi Info Channel has posted the same Things..THIS IS GREAT !!

Looks like if we start working together we can get things in order..Sounds easy enough..Just need some Resident help along the way.

The things we have posted are all things that residents can do to keep this place up to par !

Lets get these PATIOS cleaned up, Also the shoes, garbage and POOP bags outside front doors


AND last but not least pick up after your dogs for the one millionth time PLEASE.

Together we residents can take pride in our own units and the rest may fall into place!!

WE ALSO need to start holding owners who rent and never come to Anasazi start being a little more responsible for the tenants they rent to, So many owners are VIOLATING the 30 day minimum rental policy here and if you dont know this does effect the value of our property here

So thanks again and lets pick up that paper on the ground or vacuum  outside your door ..We can SPIFF this place up ...Pride in Ownership !!

Mr. Webmaster. There are Leasing Agents / Realtors on and off this property that rent units for as little as 3 days / 1 week. These Agents should immediately be stopped from renting units and using Anasazi as there private "PIGGY BANK"

I am sure every year around resident can tell you about many very short term rentals in their buildings and who the rental agents are! Many people in Building #8 and #9 have made comments that it feels they are living in a Hotel / Motel enviroment instead of a Community.

Who polices these agents and who can put a stop to it?

Next question about the Board Members election coming up:
1. Who counts the votes?
2. Who secures the votes?
3. Who balances the votes against
the owners?
4. What procedures are in place
to make sure the board does not
stuff the ballot box with phony
ballots?
5. How does anyone know what the
true vote totals were and who
actually won? Are there any
independant spotters or third
party persons without a vested
interest over seeing any of
these processes?????
