More Resident Feed Back

Mr. Webmaster. The "VERY SHORT" term rental situation (Less than 3 months) is a perfect violation of the CC&R's that Brian (Board Member) should provide Leadership on.


Brian should immediately take charge of this situation, ban the offending Leasing Agents / Realtors from this property and make sure less than 3 months rentals will not be tolorated!!!

Brian. You can seperate yourself from the rest of the board members on this issue, and show the Owners that you are on their side of this issue.

A Leadership opportunity has been handed to you Brian....What are you going to do with it? Close your eyes and ears and go along with the board, or show some Leadership on the issue and put a stop to these short term rentals!

 been here going on 4 years, love the place, keep a great 2 patios in good shape, and, well, I'm a renter. As for the owner, he purchased this from another person and I happened to come along and ended renting the condo.


 One more little thing, I saw last night while sitting on the patio overlooking Pool #1, and 2 elderly fellows with 2 cute white dogs watched the dogs poop and they continued on their way. 


I'm pretty sure they are Winter Visitors and they don't care. Anyway Mr. Webmaster, keep up the good work. Enjoy your posting.

One of the biggest Violators here is the real estate guy known as Michael Blau and is responsible for many many rentals under our stated period, 


Its time to start keeping money hungry agents like him away from our property, If we start to set examples with one at a time we can put a stop to this issue

Jay in #13. The "Short Term Renters" are not the problem. The Leasing Agents, Realtor s and Absentee Owners are the problem!

The suggestion that Brian (Board) member take the lead on this is a good one. I doubt if Brian has a Leadership bone in his body. He is a get alonger.

Again the major problem is that 3 of the Board Members are either not on property at all or very part time resident with out of State full time residency.

Janet and Iszzy ???? That is why these Board Member elections are so important. The ship has left dock for another year on replacing these absentee board members.

Mr. Webmaster! Now we will see if you are a man of words or action!

And it will take is some organization of all you supporters to show at the meeting being planned to start the ball on replacing the "NEW BOARD"..


We all know  what the procedure is Now we have to act on it accordingly. It is not an over nite solution..BUT the long term goals will benefit us all   


We deserve a Board of Qualified people here. NOW the rest in your hands residents if you truly want a change. Would love to hear from those Residents that would be interested on Running on the replacement slate .THIS Board should know it is in our sights 


ALL these above examples alone show we have a Board that has no clue on the daily effects here on our property
