I have read this mornings post and others about your involvement with the miss organization,I think you should be proud of the work you do, I have a dear friend that has lost a child and when asking her about your organization,
I was surprised to find she was aware of it also.
This letter is not involving Anasazi, but wanted to say thank you. But in a side note with your business skill and community involvement I find it hard to believe that some people do not feel you are qualified to run on board here,
Whether you decide to run or not will be your decision.I do believe you may have more support than most think,and your qualifications should not be questioned in any way. I among many others here think we need a real resident with real ideas,In closing I just wanted to thank you for the parents you help

I will second the comments made by Mrs. P and add that you will bring all that caring and passion about people and community with you as you fill a position on the board here at Anasazi.
The "ONLY" people who are against you are the few that have to protect their Conflict of Interests doing business on our property.
Thank you for all your caring for others and our community. You are a "GOOD" person, born leader and a person who will put community first not the special interests on this property. IE: Realtors, Rental Agents, Insurance Salesman, Leasing Agents, Short Term renting Absentee Owners using this property as their piggy bank.
You should be appointed to fill Burchmores position immediately until elections can be held in Feb. Who is this Burchmore person anyway?
Is he ever here for anything? I cannot remember ever seeing him at any HOA meeting

This whole property has MAJOR ISSUES.
Have you looked at the Waterfall at Pool #2? Big holes in it and it has not worked for the last 18 months!
How would you like overlooking pool #2 with that eye sore waterfall thinking I am paying the same $300.00 per month as the people overlooking pool #5 and this is what I get!!!!! Here are the BIG ISSUES: * Sewage Lines and Plumbing Line breaks everywhere on the property. * Fire Marshall Issues. No emergency lightning on floors in elevators or emergency stairwells. No lit EXIT SIGNS with battery back ups anywhere. * Pool 2 and 4 issues * Auditing of the books!
Where is money. No independent audits done in YEARS!!!!!!! *
AAM LLC as our Management Co. All of the above should be on agenda for this weeks HOA meeting.

Years at this apartment: 2005 -2012
anasazi village condominiums is not worth the money
i am looking to get out asap also the hot water boiler breaks all
the time they dont seem to be able to fix it once and for all
the main gate breaks or is left open all day long letting people
come in and wander the property that dont belong here the
security sucks in here and only have one person for 16 buildings
if that the speeders in here dont care about the speed limit sign
why put 9 miles an hour if people are just going to not follow it
dont buy here or rent here if i could get out immediately
i would hopefully before end of the year there are better
places than anasazai and the property management
company only care about taking your money and
raising it every year to fix things that only keep breaking this place sucks

this place is no longer safe there are numerous problems with people getting in here when they dont belong here and no security what is so ever i have lived here for 5 years and now looking to get out before the end of the year they have people that speed disregarding the speed limit sign the main gate breaks all the time with little disregard for the safety of the residents this place isnt worth the money
So dont buy into this hell hole also the equipment is so old and they dont replace it for the cable
the manger doesnt care about problems or resolving them just raising money every year.

Everyone knows how kickbacks work! The owners here at Anasazi just choose to put their heads in the sand and continue to let it happen right in front of our eyes.
Question: Who is afraid and why are the board members afraid to fire Wayne and AAM LLC?
Answer: Wayne and the board all work for the same employer AAM LLC not the homeowners. AAM pays better than current Board Members salaries.
Just saw the Agenda for Thursday's HOA Meeting????? Nothing about firing AAM LLC and AAM LLC'S legal problems. Nothing about auditing the books. Nothing about Birchmore being removed for missing 5 meetings in a row, going on 6.
Get ready. TV Evangilist Brian is ready to fleece the flock on Thursday. More empty do nothing statements coming from Brian and more empty promises coming from Wayne.
How about a Police report reporting all the arrests and illegal activities going on on this property!
