Brought To My Attention !! /Board Changes ?

After speaking with a number of Residents that informed me today they agree with keeping Brian Mcbride as I suggested ..But many are up in arms over Robert Burchmore being on our Board when HE DOES NOT LIVE AT ANASAZI!!  But also finding out that he lives in Pebblecreek and  AAM MANAGES  his property and  was the one that introduced AAM to Anasazi..I also believe that Board members should live here at Anasazi.So as stated before and you all know it..Our Board is the First thing needing resurrection here, Once we have a Board that has the interests of the majority of residents then changes can proceed to make things here better..So we need to remove Robert, Izzy and Janet  ..NO IF'S AND'S OR BUTS.. You all have the power collectively  to insist on having a board to represent you..I also suggest re electing Brian in next election..As stated before this is a chance for other Residents to become active in your community, I have offered my service and believe we need some new life here..Lets do this with some thought this time and not just mark a ballot...Change is in your hands

Whatever happened to having a landscape company for $9,000 per month? I recall being present at a board meeting to hire a landscape company. The Board agreed to hire a company that was willing to take care of all of our landscape needs for $9,000 per month. They did an excellent job. Whatever happened to them? Of course this was back when Rossmar Graham was the property management firm that Anasazi hired. If we could get another landscape company in for that amount again, then the community would save $11,000 per month, which equates to a savings of $132,000 per year. ...Anonymous

What I don`t understand is way we are outsourcing anything on this large property??? We should have our own grounds-keeper and clean up crews. Yes it may cost a little up front to buy mowers etc. but in the long run it would be cheaper. I can`t see paying a company for things we can be taken care of our self and have more control over. With the amount of people out of work, there should be no problem and in the long run it would save money.

Anonymous. When AAM took over, Wayne Yuruk started bring in Companies that he has used in other communities...i.e. Maintanance, Landscaping, Pool Service. He tried to bring in a Private Security Company to replace the Phoenix Police presence on the properity, but the residence said "NO" to that. The Board kept the Police.

Why do you think Wayne wanted to replace everything that was going great here at Anasazi? Maybe $$$$$$$$.

If it looks like a Duck, sounds like a Duck and walks like a Duck... IT IS PROBABLY A DUCK!

It is beyond belief that this Board has not replaced Wayne and Roe as of today. What does Wayne have on this Board that protects him from being dismissed...$$$$$

Web Master! Brian is doing "Nothing" to help out the residents. He defends AAM and Wayne?????
