After talking with Wayne and many residents of late, and I know this is one problem that Wayne is working hard to get this problem under control...We support you Wayne!
A friend of mine brought a Speed Gun here the other day and for a day we checked the speeds of folks coming in gate and going to buildings 5-14
Amazing some of the speeds !! Down that 1st straight away lol
The average speed was about 16MPH
checking about 34 Cars
The Fastest was the Mini Cooper with CR**Z*N Plates
White Jeep 24 MPH
Florida Plates
Fed Ex Truck 21 Mph
Maroon PT Cruiser 23MPH

I do not know if U can B ticketed 4speeding on private property, but I did find out that U can B ticketed and arrested 4 driving drunk on private property!
We have plenty of both occuring on our property!
Bigger speed bumps and signs will be just as effected as bigger signs at the pools....JOKE!
Start posting pictures of the speeders cars and them inside!
Get some of those red notice signs they put on your drivers side window when they "BOOT" your car for illegially parking! These red notices are almost immpossible to remove from your windows!
Retorical Question: Why selectivly inforce speeding rules when Wayne or the board will not inforce any other rules and regulations??????
