Here is an Idea !!!

So it seems like we have to push to get things done around here since our Board takes No Leadership Qualities


I have had many mails concerning the Broken Down Pool furniture around the property
OF COURSE there is none at pool 5


Also all the Umbrella Tables are all Peeling
Looks the the Ghetto


I suggest we plan on this weekend of taking all broken chairs and lining up the clubhouse with them


This way we know they cant claim they don't know


If this is what we are going to have to do to start the ball rolling here ..Then Lets


I will keep you updated on this crusade for the weekend!!


UNLESS they get smart and address the problem before


TIME TO TAKE OUR COMMUNITY BACK

If you read the signs the office put up by the mail boxes it will take 5 weeks to get the pool furniture back from repairs! If this is correct we will be able to enjoy the repaired furniture 2 WEEKS AFTER THE 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND! Brilliant!!!!!

3 weeks ago a former crew member wrote in and gave Wayne instructions on how to repair the pool furniture on site, thus not being without it for 5 weeks.

The straping is on site and the tools are also on site. There was no reason to send this furniture off site for repairs and spend 5 times what it would cost to do it here. Frannie used to repair pool furniture once a month, nothing left the grounds!

Everything this management team does is "ASS BACKWARDS" Assign Pete or the new younger man to do the repairs Wayne.

WILL THE REMAINING FURNITURE BE DISBURSED EQUALLY AT ALL POOLS?

What a brilliant community manager we have.....NOT!
