Hi Mike,
I had asked the question about the rental problem at the yearly
HOA meeting. I didn't get a satisfactory answer from Roe or any body
else. She said it was hard to prove.
When leaving meeting, the district
area manager from AAM came up to me and told me to get the unit #
and give it to Roe.
I guess she didn't like Roe's answer either.
The office has all the names and address's of every owner. I was once
told that even the fines didn't deter the owners. They are in it for the
money and a little fine was nothing to compare with the money they get
for that rental.

Webmaster Comment: FIRST OFF IT IS NOT HARD TO PROVE!!!! If we bring a name to office and they just knock on that door and ask how long their rental agreement is..
Dont you believe all renters should have to check in at office and also get parking pass ??
THIS WOULD ELIMINATE THE GUESSING WITH OUT ANY BIG PAPERWORK INVOLVED...Back to the having some balls around here. and making money doing it for the community.

This is why a Proper Board is needed to make sure our management team is staying on the ball!! I also have stated that we all need to report these violations to Roe...If we do not get proper response from Roe....
We all start sending all lists to AAM Office and ask why this is not being followed up on, I also have stated that Roe does need to start walking grounds more often to keep up patio's and doorways clear, Very simple task twice a week ?? Doing a good job but still some areas that need attention!! Thanks Judy appreciate the letter and signing your name
ALSO All those so worried about New Condos across the street maybe worry more about our condos, You show up for that meeting and not ours??? I may MOVE across when built and still be WEBMASTER here !! It wont matter if I live here...OUR BOARD DOESNT ....Laughing from my desk

Mr. Webmaster. Every owner here at Anasazi is aware of this Board not living by the same CC&R's they expect us to live by. I have 2 suggestions that will solve the problem.
1. Get rid of all CC&R's and live your own life in and own your own personal property!
2. Owners hire an attorney familiar with CC&R's to write a legal letter to the board demanding that they must enforce all CC&R's immediately upon receipt of the letter. If they choose not to enforce the CC&R's then look into any legal action that can be taken to make them enforce the CC&R'S
Short of this nothing is going to change. Either the CC&R's are for everyone or no one!
