Thank You Paul & Bob

Anasazi Bldg 5 Sidewalk Paver Project
March 29th, 2012

Throughout this past winter Bob Marshall and Paul Jensen decided to try to move
forward with a project to have the sidewalk in front of bldg 5 converted from the current
shale surface to paver blocks. Here is an explanation of the results:
History: The sidewalks have been replaced on 12 of the 16 buildings at this time. Our
information from the Board and Management Company is that all the buildings had to
pay for half the cost of the replacement and the HOA paid the other half. They do
improve the looks and clean up the area nicely – see pictures attached.

The Board has continued to budget funds for the replacement of the remaining front
sidewalks under the following conditions:
• The management company obtained a quote and will manage the project
including the payments submitted by the homeowners.
• The HOA will pay for ½ the cost of the project for each remaining building
• The homeowners in each bldg must fundraise and submit the money up front for
their ½ of the project to have it scheduled.
We are happy to report the following:
• The full estimate for building 5 is $4687.00 – ½ being the responsibility of the
homeowners = $2343.50
• Through contact with the homeowners we received a commitment from 23 to
participate in this project.
• That brings the individual commitment to $2343.50 divided by 23 = $101.90

We want to thank all of the homeowners that have committed to this project for their
encouragement and support. To move forward, we are requesting that you send a check
to: AAM, 12220 N. Paradise Village Pkwy S, Phoenix Arizona, 85032, Attention: Ro
Puma for $101.90 made out to Anasazi Village HOA for Bldg 5 Paver Project. You may
also give the check to Bob (Unit 405, 602-404-7237) or Paul (Unit 103, 602-494-3048)
and we will pass it on to Ro. When all the money from the homeowners is in, AAM will
schedule the work. We would like to target to have the money in by Friday, April 13th.

The sooner the money is in, the sooner the work can start and the sooner we can enjoy the
results.

Thanks again,
Bob Marshall
Paul Jensen
