Well it seems we have some new visitors here at Pool 3, Around 3pm every afternoon this week our little Winged Friends stop in for a dip and some sun, They usually entertain us and visit about 1 hour a day .....Only at Anasazi lol

Hey, the go to Pool #1 in the early evening and swim around also. Glad they are enjoying the pools while they can.

The ducks have nests around the pool areas! The same couples come back every year to have their babies!
The ducks stay longer than the short term renters do.
GEES!!!! The ducks do not fly in for a hour or so to enjoy the pools and entertain you!

The 2 couples are here for a long weekend (5 Days)
The family is here for 1 week!
This issue of Short Term Rentals must be resolved at Mondays Board Meeting! This Board must inforce the 30 day rental policies PERIOD!
My my do we have idiots in the office or what!!! Today (Friday)I'm in the middle of taking a shower and bingo there is no hot water. What do we have the phone tree for???? So at 6:30 pm I go to the mail box and low and behold, notice telling us the water would be off for an hour. Well, I for one do not go to the mail every day and I know many other people don't. So can someone please tell me why they can't do things the right way. Also a crew here doing lawns and we still have a ton of pine needles everywhere. The dump across the street looks better then this place does. What the hell are we paying $306. a month for???? some Lawns are not getting water and others are getting to much. Now we are getting mosquitoes from areas that get to much water. And while I'm at it, why are their so many large new dogs here?? I thought we had a 25lb limit??? Why do some people park in every parking place but their own??? We have rule here and this crew is not doing anything to enforce them, So why the hell are we paying them. To get back to the hot water being turned off. What if one of our elderly home owners were in the shower and the water went cold, they could have had a heart attack or fallen. Maybe the office should think of these things and do their jobs the right way with no short cuts. In a few months Roe and Wayne will be here one year, Yes a few things have gotten done, but not enough. God I wish MaryAnn was back.
Mr. Webmaster! What is the going rate for renting for a 3 day weekend?
Can you or someone who knows that guy who does the short term rentals check with him and see what he charges? If it is cheep enough I am concidering having a High School Alumni get together here. It must be cheeper than the Embassy Suites!!!!!
