Well we all wanted to make sure we had Phoenix Police kept here for Security !!
Well this is just the reasons why, The complex has been having issues with people coming over the walls more than normal, and as 3-4 of you reported they just get over the wall and OUR Security is waiting for them
I twice this week watch 2 different arrests here, and both were suspicious activity reported and both ended in DRUG ARRESTS, I and many of you walk the property on a daily basis so knowing that our Security Team is their sure makes it a nice stroll huh??, I walk very much 4-5 times a day around the whole property!
Private Security would never have this capability
So hats off once again to our GREAT PHOENIX POLICE SECURITY STAFF
You continually show why it is so important to retain you on our property

I agree with you 100%!!! I also noticed they've been riding around with one headlight and one Tail light. Contact the office yesterday and asked them to fix their patrol carts as I'm sure they would appreciate it, they said they would. Also, more and more unauthorized people are coming in all time. You're right, private security would not do what they do. One more thing, there is a guy and his dog that he lets run around the cactus garden w/o a leash, and couple of folks have told him to put a leash on, apparently he does it all the time, and now there is 2-3 rabbits dead in the Cactus garden. Wish Security could get this guy.

I also want to thank our Phoenix Police Officers for a JOB WELL DONE! ( Mike, Mike, Grant, Ryan, John and Chris )
I also know that last week and this week was very busy on our property after dark. The Police Officers were arresting someone every night sometimes more than one arrest every night.
For the 99% of the residents that have no clue to what goes on here after dark ( Stolen Cars dropped off, Stolen Bicycles, Dumpster Divers, Drug users and sellers busted, Fence Jumpers, Gate Crashers, Trespassers ) be thankful to the handful of owners that faught to keep the Police Presence when Wayne wanted and still wants to get rid of the Police.
If the Police were not here, imagine how this property would be over ran with all of the above and more. The Police must stay! We know who really should be let go.

I want the Police Officers or their Superviser recapping once a month all the arrests and illegal activities they are protecting us from every night.
This can be done thru a short once a month news letter or a once a month Police presentation in the Clubhouse.
A presentation would give all residents the opportunity to meet our Police Officers and ask them questions about security and how to protect ourselves and our valuables from the "BAD GUYS" that are on our property trying to do us harm every night.
Board Members please invite the Police to give a monthly recap to the residents and give the Supervisor permission to hand out a short monthly news recap of all activities ( Good and Bad )going on here at Anasazi.
