Residents come on, why should Wayne give us a xmas party???
He is not our boss or the owner of this complex. If residents want a party then they should get together and plan one. As for a Christmas tree good grief its only Dec 4th!!!
All the years that I have lived here don`t remember Mary Ann giving a party for residents!! And why are people asking webmaster??? They have a new thing called a phone, pick it up and call the office with your questions. Why should someone else do your bidding???
Some people do not decorate their patios because they are to up in years and just cant do it, others do not celebrate Christmas. As far as giving a home-feel, this is a lot of residents home and we all ready do have a home-feel.

Webmaster note" 1st off Maryann and Rossmar did have parties , Christmas, July 4th with hot dog carts,,etc etc Guess u dont remember? and the management company are the one that provide, They had no problem putting in a $1000 bonus to budget for employess why not budget activities for residents??
As for the tree tradition says day after Thanksgiving!
Next: Why do people ask webmaster, One they know they can get answers here and also have you ever called office and tried too get a straight answer?? enough said there!
As for decorations..NO ONE said we should all do it just a post about how nice it looks so why the attitude about decorations?? if you dont celebrate it thats fine but many of us do..so dont change what we enjoy
It is small complaints like this that have made me reconsider why I will not run for board
But will publish full page letter on Monday to this effect and why my time is too valuable for this small time operation

1. Turn to channel 95 on your television for information about what is "Happening" here at Anasazi!
2. If Wayne Yuruk is the Community Manager....What is Roe's job here? For the two or three Wayne supporters....don't you think a residents Holiday get together thrown by Wayne would be a good way to get the community together and maybe Wayne could mingle and make a few more friends!
Common Sence, Customer Relations, Superior Service and sence of Community is exactly what is lacking in the Office from Wayne & Roe!
They do not know how to make friend and influence anyone!
This Community deserves better!
