Answer To Shower Problem

Well was informed by a resident today that While speaking with Dan the maintenance man today they got on the subject of the shower water changing, And behold Dan knew instantly what the problem was !! 


It seems there is a shower switch that needs to be replaced and this is homeowner issue.Which is great at least we have an answer to all of us who are experiencing this issue and I will find out if Dan can fix these on his time since he is well advised on the problem.Thanks Dan!!  


Now on the other hand I am still waiting for Roe to call back with the solution that she was going to do on Friday when my Mrs called her and YET its the end of Monday and no call from Roe.   


I guess I am not understanding her presence yet.. 


Pick up the phone Roe ..maybe on the way to moving your car out of another residents place..Management does not come with covered parking

1. Suprised to hear that a resident spoke to Dan! The staff is not supposed to communicate to residents. A fireable offense!

2. Mr. Webmaster! Hate to say it but you have a better chance of getting hit by lightning tonight than finding 3 more like you to take back Anasazi. They are on site but not willing as of today to get involved.

3. Time for another residents meeting to discuss taking back Anasazi. Feb is coming fast!

4. Jury is still out on Brian.
What are Brian's feelings on replacing and Board and supporting the residents concerns?

I hope you do decide to run and be at least one dissenting voice on the Board.

You're lucky Dan the Man even spoke to you. He used to be a likeable guy, but since the is now working for AAM, he has changed. I say hi to him, he turns away. He even used to live here, but bought a place elsewhere and now treats most of the residents like crap. Great job Dan the Man. Oh, if you have him fix the problem, since he's not licensed, prepare for issues.

What is with Roe? 

I went in yesterday to get a parking sticker, and got the 3rd degree. Like, are you a resident?

 Yes, 4 years now. Do you own? No, I lease from a owner. Again, 4 years now. Is the owner a realtor? No, it is an actual owner. Are you a winter visitor?

 No, I'm year round. I asked her if she would like to speak to the actual owner? 

No comment.

Rumor has it that Brian is leaving Anasazi....moving.

If a person lives in another state or lives in another development in Phoenix, they must "NOT" be allowed to be on the Board.....period!

We need and want people who live at Anasazi to represent the residents. You have to live here to see what happens here daily and experience what the residents are experiencing every day.
