Charging of Fees Complaint Rating: Company information:AAM, llc West Park Community Association Buckeye, Arizona United States | ||||||||
Last year we had purchased a home in this community known as WestPark. It was "run, " and I use that term loosely, by AAM, LLC. They sent out a homeowner's bill to an old address that was listed on the actual Purchase Contract, OUTSIDE of their community, instead of our purchased home within the community. Makes no sense. So since they give you approx. 10 days to pay your fees, it took the Post Office 2 weeks to redirect the mail to our house and we had to pay Attorney Fee's for a Demand Letter. We were told that we could appearl the demand fees which we did. They responded back by saying it was our responsibility to notify them of our address? Well my take is who gave them our old non-occupied address in the first place? Second, if it is the home owners responsiblity to pay fees, shouldn't it be the HOA's responsiblity to send the bill to the right house? So because the HOA sent the info to the Attorney, it was a "Hard Fee" that they were not going to pay and passed it on to us for their stupidity. Furthermore, the letter concluded that it wouldn't be fair for others to get stuck with our fees if we paid on time. Well, paying bills is not an issue, if you know about them. They had the nerve to say that all decisions can not be appealed futher. I think its time to take this to TV Investigations. |
************************************************************************************* WARNING! AAM, LLC | Associated Asset ManagementPost Date: October 13th, 2011 AAM, LLC, Associated Asset Management, Fraud and Uneven treatment: AAM, LLC is the management co who monitors our neighborhood at Sunset Point in Buckeye, Arizona. I was on the board and discovered over 50-60,000 a month that could be saved by firing them and hiring a different co to preform the services. When they discovered this, not only did they “plant” people on the board they did in fact give special treatment to the board members and provide “perks” to the owners in terms of favors, monetary rewards and new driveways, furniture and house painting etc. They are corrupt and when i brought them up on a complaint against the board that governs the HOA’s in Az, it turns out the board that governs them would not take action because i am sure they also are receiving a kickback. AAM, LLC are the most unethical, untrustworthy and corrupt group of folks i have experienced in over 20 years of being a self employed business person. Their greed exceeds any “benefit ” we get from having them mismanage our neighborhood. They over pay lawyers, landscapers and the neighborhood looks terrible yet they are still collecting our fees and nothing can be done. they planted board members they can “control” do their bidding and make the neighbors think they “are doing the best they can” When i discovered they could be saving us 50-60,000 a month, the board voted me off and continued their corruption and greed. This company is full of the most untrustworthy folks in Phoenix and i would not recommend you fire them to take out your trash, let alone manage your neighborhood. each and every time I pointed out to them their errors, they stated “no we would not do that” yet I have proof they are the absolute worst group to manage a neighborhood and would not consider them as trustworthy or able to manage this neighborhoods monies as they have been lining their pockets for years and making our homes look terrible. AAM LLC is a bunch of crimminals they are about to loose their license.
Check out this video of our neighbor hood of photos taken over the past five years from July of 2007 - July 0f 2012, and AAM LLC is claimming that there is a reserve of money in our HOA's Account and solicited Sundance Residential Homeowners Association to invest the money in the Stock Market... Sounds Like a ponzi scame to me....
Kathy Johnson VP of AAM LLC had me falsely arresed for disorderly conduct and tresspassing... it should have been the other way around Kathy Johnson does not have the right to interfere in Association Business which was court order by the Clerk of the Supreme Court of the State of Arizona on May 24th of 2012
